Newly renovated and looks great. Found what we needed.

The Krogar on Bardstown Road in Mt Washington is awesome. They have everything you need plus more.

Great customer service and everyone is very friendly and helpful

Nice big store. Very clean and stocked very well on a Saturday afternoon. Store was busy but checkout was fast

Victor who works in the meat dept is accommodating and very helpful!

Stocked shelves staff is knowledgeable and nice .

Nice spacious store. There are lots of self-service registers available.

I used to work in Cedar Springs location in Fern Creek in 1990. A konstant provider with kare and kompassion for our kommunity in Kentuckiana folks don't go shopping. We kall it Krogering...💋👍👍👍👍👍

I love this Kroger! The workers are exceptional ..always very friendly and helpful and always busy working hard .. doing their jobs!

The staff are always helpful in locating things. The produce is well priced and fresh. They have a sizeable natural selection for the hippies in all of us. Their Kroger member deals seem to be very good especially on meat and sea food.

Treat us well and customer service is always willing to work with us if there is any issue. Great pharmacy staff as well. Best Kroger in any surrounding county I have been to.

Click List has Changed my life and my shopping habits! I do it on my phone, set my pickup time and someone else does the shopping for me, then they load it into my car. Who could ask for more than that? I don't "overshop" and I only have to unload once...at home.

Love Kroger, I really appreciate the fact that when you are looking for a lane to get in, to check out, they will open a lane up or direct you to a lane that has the least wait. There are people watching out to help the customers at the front of the store.What other grocery store does that.
I like the coupons that are sent via the mail on items you buy frequently.
I have had very pleasant experiences with shopping in the Shepherdsville KY. All the employees are pleasant & ready to help you out.
The only thing I dislike is the . survey I just do not have time to participate in the survey. O want everyone that works in the Shepherdsville Kroger to get a reward for the great service. I cannot express in this review how much I like the Shepherdsville Kroger.

Know it started out reviewing the Mt. Washington store & I like it too. The employees are just as great too. I just am in Shepherdsville frequently.

This is our neighborhood Kroger store. It has some of the friendless people working there I have seen. Other than the makeover they do every so often I enjoy shopping here. If you want to go where you have great service and help this would be the store for you.

Compliment when good. lot of customers in that store today. But it was stocked well and the checkout was quick.

Great Kroger store. There are many in the area and I know so many people that drive the extra distance to come to this store instead of one closer. It's laid out nice and they have plenty of stock. It's bright and clean compared to older stores.

Too busy for a Monday but, I guess with Thanksgiving Thursday everyone is getting ready. I have to use a cart to shop. Several carts were out of order. Tried to walk not able. Had to wait for cart. I always shop Kroger.

Clicklist was quick and complete and any substitutions needed were listed and approved by me. A great experience in Kroger Mt. WASHINGTON, with the help of Kroger Employee, Micah (Spelling?) ! !

Just called Kroger to inquire about getting some spare boxes to use for moving my stuff; from the awesome call- waiting music (80s rock-n-roll, 90s country☺) to the incredibly polite staff, my experience was awesome!
