I was impressed with the owner and his product knowledge, and even the care and attention that would be given even after the purchase.
Although we are not able at this time to buy a pool at this time, I felt that if there was a company to buy from, this would be the place.
There wasn't a question he couldn't answer, or a price he didn't know of every detail. He would even drive to our house and tell us where would be a good spot to place the pool.
There was no pressure or guilt to buy a pool. Everything was straightforward.
I would recommend this place for buying an above pool, or for under ground pool. Or if you are thinking about one and want to learn about price and maintenance and how to prepare for one, this company I feel is trustworthy.

I’m wrapping up my first year of pool ownership, after moving into a home with a pool. I had ZERO clue what to do. I’m so glad I found Mike and his crew. Anytime I’ve had an issue, they’ve been quick to come out and fix, or even just give super helpful advice over the phone. Every time I come get my water tested, they always tell me what I need and how to use it. And their prices are pretty much on par with a big box store. I’ll never go anywhere else.

Prices seem to be right in line with other stores. Staff was knowledgeable about what we needed and the different pool conditions. Well versed in regards to robots and accessories as well.

We purchased an in-ground fiberglass pool from their competitors shortly after moving to Greenville last year. Initially, the competitors provided terrific service up to the point where we paid them for the pool. Construction and installation were delayed by many months and badly botched when they did occur. We got the impression they simply didn't care. So we went to Pool Pro and asked for their help on water testing, what chemicals to buy, how to balance the water, and how to keep the pool and edging sparkling clean. They were extremely helpful, pleasant, and friendly. We continue to use them and they have a customer for life with us. If we ever decide to buy another pool, it will be from them. Save yourself a lot of grief and go with them from the start. They're worth it.

They truly know their pool stuff and they don't pressure you to buy anything you don't want. Mike & his son have always been so helpful and courteous! We love our pool! Thanks Mike!
