I work for a local business and I was searching for a company to manage our IT needs. After having conversations with other IT professionals and checking some of the groups I’m in on social media, I was hearing CPU, CPU, CPU… I discussed it with the owner, we checked out their impressive website and we had an immediate interest. We picked up the phone that day, after one ring we got an answer. Within 2 days we had a meeting scheduled to review our needs. Justin is a very down to earth guy and he has answered our questions promptly. We are very much looking forward to working with CPU.

CPU provides all of our IT support and they are wonderful!!! The "CPU Crew", as I call them, are very responsive, conscientious, and accommodating. We can be what I consider a little "high maintenance" and they never miss a beat when solving problems or installing new equipment. The CPU team is proactive when it comes to advising us about recommended upgrades, more efficient technology to meet our needs, or new/alternative technologies coming available that could enhance, for example, our productivity or information security. The team at CPU is dependable, quick to respond and very knowledge in the technology field. They do maintenance on our servers will little to no downtime. I have had to send tablets to them due to increase in work. They work on the laptops/cpu's remotely or at their office depending on issue. Very quick turn around. Very professional and DON'T charge for a diagnostic. They could have ripped me off but they didn't. My Asus computer wasn't turning on at home with the charger plugged to the wall (and I tried different outlets). I took it here and they gave me a phone call telling me my computer was ready for pick up. They couldn't replicate the problem and ran a full diagnostic. They didn't charge me a penny, another place could have ripped me off or I would have paid $60 for a diagnostic for nothing. Will definitely be back of I ever need to.

I have been dealing with CPU from its inception. I have only had excellent service and a great working relationship with them. CPU maintains computers and networks at 4 different business locations for us as well as our personal computers and networks. Speedy and dependable service is the norm with Sean, Danny, and the employees at CPU!

I had an issue with my Mac and everyone else was going to charge me for the diagnostics plus the cost for fixing any issue except CPU guys who were going to diagnose for free. So, I decided to go with them. Not only they fixed the problem, I paid the same amount for fixing it as others would have charged for diagnostics only.
Not only that, they were super transparent with the issue and suggested me not get more fixes done which would have costed me more. Super honest folks!
Hopefully, I won’t get a lot of problems with my computers in the future, but if I do, I’m definitely going straight to them!!

The employees are great. They are very friendly and professional. They are honest and don't charge you for a diagnostic. They helped me twice for two different devices and I will definitely return if needed. I would highly recommend them!

I have been utilizing computer repair services from CPU for over 3 years. They are professional and knowledgeable. From virus removal to speeding up my laptop they can do it all. Customer service is second to none. If you are unsure of the answer, they know it.
