NC Farm Bureau Insurance

I DON'T DIRECTLY HAVE AUTO INSURANCE WITH NORTH CAROLINA FARM BUREAU... BUT IF YOU'RE IN AN ACCIDENT THEY WOULD DO EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO DO WHAT'S FAIR... ESPECIALLY IF THERE ARE THE INSURANCE COMPANY OF THE PERSON AT FAULT.... GOOD EVENING TO EACH AND EVERYONE OF YOU🙏

I cannot believe there are any other insurance agencies that are as responsive and professional as Farm Bureau! It is so quick and easy to file a claim and get what you need taken care of!!! I have everything I own insured with them and will never change. I have compared prices and they are very competitive with everyone else. You cannot go wrong with Farm Bureau!

Farm Bureau was representing the party I was involved in a traffic crash with. They were extremely helpful when we discussed the damage to our vehicle and were very kind and easy to work with. Their service was to the point I might look at them for my own insurance needs in the future. I dealt with Ed in one of the Greenville offices. He said he primarily handles cases in Beaufort County. Either way, I was impressed.

Amazing service every time I come here. Jacob Allen always greets me with a handshake and ask how I'm doing. Definitely going to keep my insurance with this agency.

Transfered my policy to Charles Blvd Farm Bureau back in Nov. So still new at this location but staff is super friendly and extremely helpful!! It makes a difference, believe it or not, which branch you use for your insurance policies. And I will leave it at that. Just don't agree with the "membership fee" but hey they are still most affordable insurance I found around. Haven't had to file any claims and I pray we won't ever have to. They also offer other insurance policies, like life, home...etc

Been with NC Farm Bureau for about 6 years I get into a simple little accident that wasn’t my fault with a driver that pulled out in front of me and my own insurance company is denying my liability claim against the driver who also has farm bureau and the adjusters laugh at me when I ask them serious questions about my claim! My agent Nick Odom who was on my side at one point he also couldn’t believe my own insurance company NC Farm Bureau is denying me my right to the video of the dashcam footage from my car accident as that isn’t as suspicious and fraudulent enough! We are now going to arbitration and I have hired a attorney to fight with MY OWN INSURANCE COMPANY FARM BUREAU! Absolutely disgusted with Farm Bureau! Stay away they are just like the bigger car insurance companies..

Update: 4/23/22
Was in a accident with another driver and we both have farm bureau insurance well they wouldn’t give me the accident dashcam footage so my lawyer had to get it and now I have it and it even more proves I was not at fault in the accident even though they deemed us both at fault. I am out of pocket money for a deductible, diminished value of my vehicle, and premiums increase and I can’t switch insurance companies due to accident record. I was also hurt in the accident. Farm bureau has done me wrong since the date of this accident and they need to make it right and apologize and fulfill their duties in making this situation right

Jake Allen was my representative when I first got insurance on my house. He has always been difficult to get to respond. During an assignment I had contacted jake to adjust my insurance. He didn't adjust my insurance and it cost me hundreds of dollars. I have since found a different agent. That agent is always responsive unlike Jake Allen. While I would give farm bureau high marks I would highly recommend never using Jake or his office
