Sunday, my BFFs and I decided to head over to Ulta. We were so lost and didn't know where to start until we met Madison. She was an absolute sweetheart! Madison was patient, kind and provided us with exceptional customer service. She answered all our questions and even gave us some helpful tips. Madison, thank you so much for making our day and helping us feel comfortable. You're the best!

I made a trip to Ulta today because I had done a chemotherapy cream treatment almost a month ago now and my face is still very pink/red it is in healing phase. And I needed some assistance to know what to buy because I never wear makeup and got helped by a girl named Lily (I'm not sure if that's how she spells it) she was an incredible help. She made me feel like she actually cared about my needs and me as a person, she found all of the perfect products so that I don't look ridiculous. So if anyone is looking for help finding what to buy and how to use it, I highly recommend asking for her when you visit...

This has got to the best place to go to the beach near Clearwater Florida. 8 bucks for parking. The North Beach was an excellent place to rest. We went to Oasis beach on the island, it was nice too. Definitely go there or you’ll miss out. You’ll get to swim with the manatees.

This was my first experience buying cosmetics for my face. I did some research and ultimately needed some personal advice. I ended up buying the Clinique moisture surge and all over concealer. The customer service was professional and very helpful. Being glam is expensive.

This is the nicest Ulta I’ve ever been in. It’s spacious, really well stocked, nice variety of products, everyone had a very professional appearance, good hair, and most importantly the staff was super friendly and helpful. This could be a location used in a commercial for Ulta for sure!

I had the pleasure of meeting Tammy, the New Representative of Clinique. She was So Professional, Respectful, Kind, and Very Informative. Outstanding Customer Service! I feel confident that she will be able to assist me with all my Clinique needs. I look forward to building a Customer/Rep relationship with her.

Alexa and Muna checked my friend and I out and they had us cracking up. They were the sweetest people and had the best attitudes. We aren’t from the area so we don’t frequent this location much but they made our experience the best we’ve ever had. Also, if you’re ever in need of anything from this specific location, ask for Tammy! She was very kind and helpful!

Astrid was so helpful! She helped me find all of the products I needed as a amateur (first time) make up user and buyer. So appreciative to have someone to provide insight to best products for my specific skin and complexion. Thank you Astrid! You’re amazing!

The people have been pleasant and helpful. I didn’t buy makeup for so long Because of masks that I had to start over! I wish they carried more brands that I like but I bought hair products, makeup and moisturizer all in one place. It saves time and I’m sure I’ll return. Easy parking and the option to buy online with a quick pick up.

The staff there are super sweet and understanding. Also very helpful. I’ve only been in there a handful of times but I can say the cashiers and front workers are very nice.

I booked a makeup appointment (at this ulta is a mac makeup appointment) about two ish months prior to my event. I called to confirm about six times before the event and two hours before my appointment. Each time I confirmed I never received an email about my appointment, additionally, I asked to confirm my appointment for 3pm. Each time it was confirmed.

Now we get to my appointment, I showed up a half hour early like I was asked. 2:30 for a 3pm appointment. Only to be told my appointment was at 3:30-4:30. Normally it wouldn’t be a big deal but my event was at 5. I expected my 3-4pm and I’d have an additional hour to squeeze in. (At the moment when I booked this was all available). Of course I’m caught my surprise and I’m upset. The man working the Mac counter denied everything, didn’t apologize or even try to help. After explaining what happened and how I called TWO hours before my appointment that day his response was, “I can go on ahead and cancel it for you or you can wait”. jeez. thanks so much.

I NEVER want to be that person in the store but I had to ask for a manager because I just didn’t understand where the miscommunication was. After speaking to her, she apologized multiple times and let me know it was an issue on their end. She grabbed one of her employees to help me get my makeup done and this is where the TRUE magic came in.

This ulta employee never did makeup in the store before. This was his first time, however he does makeup on the side… just never in store. Not only was it the best makeup appointment I had, he made me feel so comfortable and helped me calm down after I almost had an entire anxiety attack. Both him and his manager are the TRUE definition of team players and compassion.

Bravo to the way the leadership team leads their employees. And to the beautiful and kind soul who did my makeup for my ball, you’re amazing. Your makeup is amazing. You’re truly a beautiful person. I know you were thrown into a crazy situation, but you really out did yourself.

Dess did an absolute amazing job on my brow ! Took her time to map out a natural shape with the slight arch I requested. Very personable and easy going throughout the appointment.
I’ll definitely be back, and will request her for my next appointment!

I booked a hair appointment for cut and color with Tori and she did an amazing job! She was so friendly and consistently made sure I was pleased with my hair throughout the process. The water was shut off the day I was supposed to get my hair done, but Tori made sure to do all that she could and fit me in her schedule the next day. I was so pleased with my hair and I would definitely recommend to go schedule with Tori!

The customer service I experienced when picking out a foundation with the employee Laylay was phenomenal. She was so patient, kind, and helpful.

I was having some issues with using the coupons. I would like to say Kia, Madison, and Zaebia went over and beyond to make sure my visit was excellent. Thanks for the great service. Greenville NC store.

I need to give a big shout out to Destiny ♥ who has done my hair twice in the past month! I got so many compliments after she did my hair for an interview with WITN. That made me feel very prepared and confident for something that I had otherwise been so nervous for.

Des did my eyebrows today and she was amazing! I haven’t had them done in months and she completely transformed my look! She took her time and was very friendly to chat with. Highly recommend Des for anyone looking to book a brow bar service! Will be rebooking with Des when another brow treatment is needed!
