Metro by T-Mobile

With me being in construction I break phones monthly. And now that I have to pay $200 for a new phone I am looking for a new company I'll buy at least eight phones a year. The upgrade was every 3 months now it is every 6 months
I don't think this is going to work for me but this is a great company and great customer service

I visited the location in Greenville, NC to see if I could switch my device over. Shamilla was very helpful with everything. As time went by, I was trying to get my PIN number to my old device plan and Deven, Adrienne, and Arjay also stepped in and help us get everything done. They answered all of the questions that I had and made me feel at home. I felt bad bc it was closing time and they assured me that it was okay and that they were going to make sure that my phone was working before I left. I just wanted to Thank them again and say that I am glad that I switched over to Metro.

This is a great phone company. They have affordable plans, they keep the latest up-to-date phones, I've been with this company for 5 years now.

I never got a chance to get her name but the lady that worked today was amazing and very helpful very patient and she got the job done I came there frustrated and she made me leave feeling confident and with a new phone
