I can’t say enough great things about Smith Funeral Home and all of their staff. They have taken care of many of my loved ones who have passed away. Including my grandmother, 2 of my Aunts, my Mom and today my Dad. They didn’t only do a great job taking care of my Dad, they have been there for me every step of the way. You will not find a better Funeral Home to take care of your loved ones. They are compassionate and very knowledgeable about everything from the beginning to the end. Thank you guys again!

Smith Funeral Service provided stellar accomadations for a funeral of a family member of mine. They comforted my family and I and they were not pressuring my family to do anything that exceeded the budget for the funeral. Great work lads.

They met us at the door when my dad passed and walked every step of the way. Even their paper work was fast and complete which was an added blessing when you have to manager the surrounding affairs to these trying times.

After my father's death, there were several people who recommended Smith Funeral Services. I am so glad they did. Justin and his staff are so compassionate and accommodating. They provided exactly the services we wanted, and added several thoughtful extras. They paid attention to every detail. Everything they did made the process much easier than I would have anticipated. One hopes to need funeral services very rarely, but I would not hesitate to contact them again.

Unfortunately I have needed the services of Smith Funeral Home 3 times from May 2012 - Dec 2012. It is a smaller funeral home than the other option we have in our area but don't think you will receive any less quality...less bill, yes, but not less quality. Mr Smith may look young but he has had Many years of quality experience and training in his field. I have dealt with both funeral homes and I've received just as good of service from one as I have the other. My first experience with Smith was in May 2012 when my brother suddenly passed away. They done such a professional job from start to finish and took good care of my family. Mr. Smith done an outstanding job on preparing my brother for viewing.. and even more so with my second brother's passing. He had been very sick & just to look at how well he had prepared my brother for us made us proud to be able to show him one last time to family and friends. Our last funeral in December he went above & beyond what was expected. If you want professionalism, caring & compassionate people to deal with at the most affordable price, then you need to call Smith Funeral Home.

Smith funeral home is very professional and compassionate. my dad passed away on business and within one day Justin was able to get everything lined up and taken care for us to come to north Carolina and see him for one last time and bring his remains back the next day. if it wasn't for Justin being so accommodating our trip would not have gone as smoothly as it did. thank you so much for doing what you did for my dad he looked peaceful and at rest.

Thankfully, Dad had pre-planned his funeral with Smith Funeral Service so during our time of bereavement we didn't have to make difficult decisions and could leave the details in carrying out his last wishes to professionals. Justin Smith and his staff provided excellent and professional service in a very kind, thoughtful and compassionate manner. Justin personally handled the details and visited our home several times to ensure that our request were honored and handled. Without hesitation, he accommodated any last minute changes to the obituary and other request. All of our concerns and questions were addressed and we were confident that in their hands, Dad's service would be a fitting and moving tribute to him...and it was. They were able to handle a huge attendance that required two overflow rooms and insure a smooth transition from the church to the cemetery which was in a different location. Even after the service he continued to support our family however he was needed. He went above and beyond to offer reassurance and comfort. Every detail was handled just as promised.

Smith Funeral Home was very caring and patient with me as my kids and I worked through planning my husband’s funeral. It was a difficult time for us but their personal touch made it bearable and I am so thankful we decided to use Smith Funeral Services.
