Contacted DAI for an online purchase and purchased a Volvo V70 at a fair price. DAI even brought the car to me (out of state buyer). It did take a while to receive the title paperwork but contact was excellent and Averi did an outstanding job with communication. Recommend!!

I really enjoyed my experience with these guys. J.J. took good care of me and did not pressure me into a sale. I bought a truck for my wife and also traded in our old car. Jimmy gave me a fair price for the trade in even though the car was not perfect. They were honest and I will definitely buy a car from these guys in the future.

I bought a dodge 3500 from them. My salesman was Josh, he was very friendly and helpful. I usually hate car shopping, however discount auto n Josh made this time hands down the best car shopping experience ever. They did not use high pressure tactics the truck was exactly what it was supposed to be and they went out of their way to insure I was completely happy. I would definitely recommend if you are in the market for a good vehicle give them a chance you won't regret it. First time I have ever bought a vehicle and felt no stress or irritation. I had to travel a distance to the dealership, so before going the salesman and manager gave consideration over the phone with details of the truck and even pricing. They made me a very good deal and the truck was exactly what they said it would be.

I waited three weeks to write a review in making sure that I didn't have issues with the truck or with the title work. Jerry was the salesman and John was the manager, very polite people. I highly recommend this dealership.

My husband and I had s great experience and love our 2012 Kia Optima. We had been to some bigger dealerships but they would not stop trying to get us into something we couldn't afford. We read the reviews on Discount Auto and decided to give it a try. Our salesman Eddie immediately pointed out what was in our range and after finding the car we liked things were set in motion. Despite Eddie and the owner having to stay past closing to wait on my husband held up at work, both of them were very accommodating and not once seemed impatient or annoyed and the signing of paperwork happened smoothly and quickly and we drove away happy. They have a large selection with all types of vehicles, we would definitely go back again!

I was extremely pleased with the patience the entire staff had with me. I was one of those picky customers that could not make up their mind, but they hung with me, showing me all the pros & cons of each vehicle that I test drove. I has a very specific in my budget & they were right on the money & got me a much better interest rate. I was very impressed with the entire staff & love my new truck!

Had actually gone to another lot right down the street was treated horribly. Happened to see a vehicle not exactly what I was looking online which brought me here. They just to my luck had the exact vehicle I was looking. From hello Mr. Eddie was absolutely amazing and nothing but polite and respectful to us. During the process he made sure the car was detailed and gassed up. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Definitely recommend this place! Great people!!!!

First off, I want to give a huge thanks to Jerry and John for working with my crazy situation, and my far less than perfect credit. This has been the best experience I've had purchasing a car out of all the dealerships I've visited (roughly 5 between Greenville and Washington.) Not only was I able to drive away with the car I wanted, I also felt informed and respected throughout the entire process. I was in the market for a second car for me to drive so my first car can stay home with my wife! I dealt with two dealerships the previous day and was not happy with their cars or service! So i walked in and talked to jerry(J J) and he gave me great service from start to finish! Let me take the car to my mechanic and bank by myself! We came to a great deal and i walked out of there with a detailed car that day! Finance manager was great! I lived my experience here and will definitly be back!

For the past month I was looking for a vehicle at other dealerships and they were very impatient and pushy and not very helpful with my credit situation. But here at DAI these guys have the best customer service ive seen in a while. I felt right at home. Jerry, Naime and Tim was very patient with me during my process and didn't rush me to do anything. I had the best experience at discount auto in Greenville, NC. Each personnel went out of their way and above and beyond to help get me behind the wheel of a new car. They worked with me until we got the best payment plan we could do. The hyundai elantra, was cleaned and they filled up the tank as well once everything was signed.
