I highly recommend this shop. Ms. Mary made my car buying process so easy! I came close to closing time, and she stayed late to help me make a selection and finish up paperwork. The car selection is great as well, I found a lot of great options but finally settled on a 2015 Mazda. If you’re in the market for a car, definitely stop here first and check it out!

The signing process was broken down and explained to the T. Questions answered and I was asked if they needed to work on ways to help others better. Of course it was a definite "no" because they did everything to please the customer. 🤩

I purchased a 2013 VW Passat about six months ago from Value Max in Greenville NC. I loved my car and all the staff were extremely kind and I felt as if I was a true valued customer ! Unfortunately my car has some major repairs and Value Max stood behind me and got one thing replaced for me, no expense out of my pocket. Another time my car has to have over 10,000.00 in repairs that the warranty covered. Whew, and a few days ago my car is broken down. I called and spoke with the manager David and explained my issues and concerns. He told me he would speak with the owner and sure enough he gave me a call ! Great news that they will take my car back and let me trade it for another ! They have gone above and beyond measure to make me Happy 😊. What great people to work with and stood behind their customer. A big shout out thank you to all involved in blessings me and my family in so many ways ! I Will be returning and I will purchase a new car from them again. I will never go anywhere else to do car shopping.

We have had a very bad experience previously with purchasing a used vehicle but by far this was one of the best cars we’ve had thus far. Great condition, fairly decent mileage, and extremely modern.
