I love that Greenville Appliance & Mattress will service whatever comes out of that store and drive wherever you live to get you back up and running! It takes the stress out of having to find someone to service appliances with my busy schedule! I just make a call and schedule the appt.!

Went in looking for a parts kit for a dryer. They didn't have the kit in stock but could get one in a couple of days. They also told me another parts store had the kit in stock, like I could have gotten the kit today. They didn't have to tell me that but they did. I was driving to the other parts store but decided to turn around and order the parts from them bc, for me, little gestures go a long way. So from now on I'll definitely hit these guys up 1st with any future appliance issues. Check these guys if any of you need appliance parts too. Awesomeness :)

Bought speed queen washer and dryer. Great product, installed by their own team , great staff and installation crew.

I had a dryer on order from another company and when delivery was continuously delayed I called Greenville Appliance and spoke to Kim searching for the same dryer. Kim was very helpful and verified that the same dryer I was looking for was in stock and could be delivered with a day or two and that they would match the sale price from the other company! Kim got a delivery and install scheduled for two days later! I am very happy with Kim's customer service and the delivery crew for the care they took in getting the old dryer out and new installed! I will look not further the next time we are in need.

Local family owned business that takes care of their customers. Purchased a fridge at a great price, they even delivered it for me. Unfortunately the fridge had issues the first week. This wasn't their fault, they didn't make it but they picked up the fridge and gave me an even better deal on a step up model for my trouble.

Kim was our salesperson. She took time to help us with selection, and even offer suggestions that weren't on the sales floor. Her and Davis worked together to ensure we were happy with our purchase.

If you need an appliance, mattress, grill or other item that is sold here, give them a shot. We need businesses like this that cares about customers and can take care of them like big box stores can't. Even though this wasn't my first purchase with them, Greenville Appliance has earned my support.

Tough backing in across very busy street than blind side to the dock but the employees are great very helpful and friendly.

I was helping a client pick out appliances for a kitchen remodel. Kim helped us with great knowledge, great customer service. She definitely knows her product. I have sent many people to Kim because I know they will be fully satisfied. Greenville TV and appliance has a wonderful service dept. I definitely recommend them! Great job Kim!!!

It has been a great pleasure to deal with Kim at Greenville Appliance. I have purchased a washer/dryer, gas range/oven, microwave and refrigerator. Kim made the entire experience pleasant from beginning to end and was always available if I had any questions or concerns. My appliances were delivered in a timely manner. The delivery men were always pleasant and accommodating. I would highly recommend Kim for all your sales needs.

On July 1, 2023 my refrigerator stopped working. On the 3rd, I purchased a new one and it was delivered the same day. Unfortunately, there was a mechanical issue (not GA&M's fault) so it had to be replaced it. I selected another new refrigerator, which was delivered the same day. It was damaged in shipment--not GA&M's fault. I returned to the store and was offered a third new refrigerator, which was also delivered the same day. This could have been a horrible experience but it was not. While inconvenient, I was treated professionally and courteously throughout the process. The sales and delivery staff made sure that my need for a new refrigerator was met. I could only imagine how difficult a process like this could have been had I gone to a big box or big hardware store. Dealing directly with the owner, Davis, helped make the process a positive one. The sales associate, Tracey, was most helpful. I have been a GA & M customer for 19 years and will return the next time I need to purchase an appliance or mattress. They truly walk their talk about customer service.

Excellent company. Bought a high end double wall oven from Greenville Appliance. Turned it on the day after it was installed and both ovens were not reaching the set temperature and shutting off automatically. Got excellent response from the service department. The crew came in 2 days to fix the issue. I will definitely purchase future appliances from them.

My Amana washer and dryer was delivered same day as purchased. I really appreciated the courteous and efficient delivery and set up by the 2 gentlemen making the delivery (Eric and Greg, I think were the names). Also appreciate help and information from my sales person (Mr. Durham). And, although I made the decision to purchase both washer and dryer, I also should mention the helpful service provided by your repairman. You all really do good work!

We have been happy customers since we built our home in 1993! Our 30 year old washer finally died, so we went to Greenville TV & Appliance first! Blake was so friendly & knowledgeable and took a long time with us, patiently answering our questions! The Speedqueen we wanted was in stock and could be delivered the next business day!
We decided to wait and go see the Commercial Maytag that Lowe’s on 10th St had in stock. The guy who helped us said he was the supervisor and did not know the answers to our questions, he was condescending, and even though they had a set at the store, I it would still be 3 weeks to deliver. So Monday, we will be back with Blake at Greenville TV!!! ❤❤❤❤

Blake was awesome in helping me out. Needed a dryer for a rental house in greenville. talked to Blake at 12:30pm, delivery, set up, & old dryer removal (the fee for all, $29) is set for 3-5pm today. And the dryer price was better than the box store...by a lot. thank you for a seamless transaction.

I have been a customer for over 15 years and for good reason. I have attempted to purchase from other locations in Greenville and NONE of them provide the level of service, honesty, and professionalism that Greenville TV and Appliance does. Purchased appliances have been delivered and installed same-day and I have never had any issues afterward. If you are looking to make a major appliance or fixture purchase in the Greenville area you should absolutely get it from here first.

Blake was tremendously helpful in the showroom and I can't brag enough on delivery and installation by Doug Davenport! Installation was quick, neat, and professional. Appliances are heavy and bulky. All were installed without incident or damage. Two thumbs up!

I have lived in Greenville for 30 years. We have lived in5 different places and we have always purchased everything for our home from them. Malcolm is without a doubt one the kindest, professional people I know. His children are also very active in the store as well. I really like that it's a family run business, which is why I shop there. I can promise you. If you happen to have an issue, they will stand behind all the way. Shop at family businesses instead of box stores.
