These guys were the third company to come out to inspect our roof and they were the only ones who said we didn’t need to replace it. In fact, they were able to fix a couple of spots and then suggestion some minor preventative maintenance to further extend the life of the roof.

No wonder these guys are starting their 125th year of being in business. I think just being able to get an honest assessment is so important.

The other thing I really liked was just how much communication we received including alternate proposals…it felt like we had choices on how to address the roof. I know that was a big deal to our owner.
