Casey's

I'm a huge fan of this chain because of their, prices outlandishly great rewards program, & excellent-quality line of Casey's products. I'm a particular fan of this store because of the compassion and kindness with which they treat the homeless people around there.

Great attitude ....This young lady was so polite and beyond to allow me to use the ladies restroom as I had an urge to so and the male room was occupied....it s nice to see such character

I go to this Casey's multiple times a week because I live very close. The employees are always friendly and greet me. I am not sure it's a big enough store but I hope the pizza and other food items are sold there.

Great, friendly staff. Lisa the manager really cares about her customers.

Nice place but Bobbie (cashier) was looking at her for a few minutes instead of helping the LINE of customers.

I’ve never had any issues before this morning. My bad for needing to get a pack of smokes in the early morning. I didn’t think anything of it because y’all are open 24 hours. I did go at 430am and it was locked. Me and a few other people were outside and the people outside said it was because they were mopping the floors. I decided to knock as I wanted to see how long approximately it would be and maybe I would wait. It looked like only 2 female employees in there and I can see that it’s understandable that that’s why they probably locked up while cleaning. Anyways, one of the ladies just kept ignoring me and then she finally comes over and says there doing an update and doesn’t know when it will be done, that the open 24 hours sign doesn’t mean anything and to go to OnCue. I told her she could have easily said that without being rude. I asked her her name and she told me I didn’t need to know that and then flipped me off. Obviously, she doesn’t care about customer service or losing her job and sadly I don’t think management or corporate will do anything as maybe they need any staff member? Maybe this is just the way of the world now? People acting rude because they can without consequence? Side note; I recently went in to buy a carton before 6pm and they told me the store no longer is allowed to sell cartons; only individually.

This Casey's store is the new homeless hangout. Panhandling Paradise, if you will. Proceed with caution.

Mediocre. Most of the sodas in the fountain were empty or didn't taste right. One worker was just standing around talking to another working while she stocked the store. Looked like that one person was running the whole store. She hopped on the register yo help get ppl through the line, etc.

I have been coming here for years for cigarettes and gas because I love the rewards program. I’m a two-pack-a-day smoker so I stop by about every 5 days to grab a carton. Today, they refused to sell me a carton because it’s after 6pm, which is ridiculous. There are plenty of other places that will, and y’all just lost a loyal customer for life. I won’t be returning to this store, or any other Casey’s, ever again.

the man that was working the friday night late shift was so rude. He locked the doors (which i don’t mind if it’s for his safety) but we were trying to come in and he sticks out his finger giving us a 1 minute sign, we stay outside for 10 minutes watching him throw pastries away and closing the kitchen down. it felt so rude, we were paying customers and he would rather work on his closing duties than help paying customers. Will not be coming here again because of this instance.

Man working the register at 7:18pm January 28th; no greeting, didn’t ask for my rewards number, made no eye contact, I said “thank you have a nice evening” got no reply and he proceeded to look at the ground. Rude employee, should be fired.
