Family Neighborhood Store

If you happen to be around this side of town, try catching them around 10a.m., you'll be surprised to find hot fresh food. Definitely convenient for this neat little neighborhood.

This is THE neighborhood store. They have all of the items you would expect to find at a convenience store and much more. They have a lot of dry goods for baking or for various needs around the house. They have a hot food bar from morning to late afternoon that serves tied chicken fingers, egg rolls, some basic fast food Chinese dishes and the like. They have possibly the only ATM on the block. They sell lottery tickets. They have a wide selection of cigarettes and 3.2 beer. Not sure what time they open but they usually close by 10 or 11 maybe on the weekends. Not super late. If you're in the plaza and you need cash, cigs, or misc try to hit it up sooner rather than later. The owner's name is John and it's a family run local establishment. Very nice family.

Really great folks run this place. Friendly to talk with and helpful if you need anything. Also have pretty good food during the weekdays.
