The Dave Alton agency of Greenville North Carolina is a wonderful agency. All the staff is perfectly pleasant and kind. Charlotte helped me to insure my new Camaro and helped me set up a renters policy for my apartment. Charlotte is a wonderful agent, very knowledgeable and sweet. I think what I love the most is that when I'm late on a payment they don't just cancel my policy, they text and email me reminders so even when I'm not on top of myself they stay on top of me.

I have had my homeowners insurance with Nationwide (Nease Agency) since 1996. Evidently my policy was sold (no notice) to Robert Alton. I just received a notice in the mail, after 20+ years my policy will not be renewed. If you want someone loyalty to clients, especially when you are loyal to their company, DO NOT LOOK HERE!
