The service and customer service WAS GREAT. The owners and staff are very friendly and make you feel right at home while you wait. They are quick and efficient and treats your vehicle as if it was their own. I highly recommend that company and I will continue to bring my vehicle and the 2 other vehicle in my household to them.

Jason and Shane are awesome! We were camping nearby and broke down, needing a wheel bearing and hub assembly. They saved the day and got us back on the road in under 2 hours! Very honest and reasonably priced!

I have never had any problems here. The work is much better quality than I have ever had at any of the more famous garages. The prices were much better for the quality of work I receive as well. My transmission went out and the work was estimated and completed within a week while other places told me it would take much longer. They also always vacuum out my drivers side when they do my oil changes. The staff go above and beyond and would recommend this place over anywhere.

Absolutely fantastic! Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and treated me like I had been coming there all my life. Stranded 300+ miles from my destination I was quite worried about being run around and over charged. No way, Nichole and Jason were professional, direct, and handled everything perfectly. I brought my car in to have an inspection a couple weeks ago. The guy at the counter was very nice and everything went well and quick. What I was really surprised by was the phone call I received from them later that day asking if I was satisfied with my service. No one does that anymore and it was nice to do business with a company that actually cares if their customer was satisfied. I will definitely bring my cars there in the future. Thank you!

These guys are great. They have always shown me as a customer, great customer service and look out for my safety when it comes to driving my vehicle. The techs are very informal when explaining their reasoning behind what they do. I never knew that replacing brakes had more to it than just break pads. Was shown and informed if you change brake pads and you have bad rotors the rotors can cost you new brakes in a short amount of time by ruining them as well. Every car is different and there are different steps that need to be taken so prices are going to be different for everyone. Thank you guys and girls so much for your honesty and for helping out someone that has no clue what they are doing when it comes to cars. Glad there are company’s out there still that care for their customers the way you guys do! Will always return for service!

The automotive technician went above and beyond what he had to do during my visit at this garage. He took the time to explain, and even show me what was going on with my car. He was truly honest and I felt like he valued me not only as a customer but as a person in general. I appreciate the advice he gave me about my issues and he even recommended a few options for me to resolve them. I will definitely be going back for my automotive needs!!! Highly recommended!!!

Wow, these guys are awesome! I had serious trouble with my truck overheating while driving on the mountain roads near Elkin, and needed to get it fixed asap. So glad I found this repair shop! They got me in by noon, diagnosed the problems, gave me a full explanation of the options, complete with written quotes. The mechanics gave me their honest opinions and didn't pressure me to do more than necessary. Replaced the thermostat and radiator and flushed the cooling system, and got me back on the road by 6pm and home to Georgia safely. Everyone was super nice to me and all the other customers who came in. I highly recommend that you take your vehicle here next time you need work done!

HUGE shout out to Kayla and everyone at DK Hardee Automotive in Elkin! We were enroute from the FL Keys to VA when our alternator went out fortunately just a few miles from this wonderful establishment.
Not to mention it was 94 degrees and we are traveling with three cats! We showed up about 90 minutes prior to them closing and the AMAZING Dean had us serviced and out of there in less than 30 minutes! Everyone we engaged with was friendly, personable, and made what could've been a real hassle an actually enjoyable experience! HIGHLY recommend!!!

My daughter and I were traveling from out of state and her car kept stopping. We happened to get off the Elkin, NC exit and had D K Hardee recommended to us. I can not say enough good things about the staff and service. They talked with my husband (over the phone) and worked at finding out what the problem was. They had us in the road in a few hours with the car working well. We are very grateful for them getting us in right away and working so hard at having us back on the road.
