I was told Friday that my script would be ready Saturday ( I live in Irredell County). So I go Saturday and they said that I couldn't pick it up til Sunday. So my caregiver goes by today, Monday, to pick it up and they said they were out of that medicine until the truck comes in around 3- 3:30. Why in the heck wasn't the it filled when they said I could get it the first time????? They crapped me out of around 20 pills a few months ago and didn't realize it until I got to the beach and had already taken a few days off my medicine.. There have been a few times they have been so wrong over things and I have been so tempted to take my business elsewhere but hard to find certain medicines. Lord, how I pray they can get better.

Very nice people working there but the most incompetent pharmacy I have ever seen. They lose prescriptions, will not call when they have to order meds, won't let you know when your RX is ready.
Time to find a new pharmacy

Waiting, waiting and more waiting is the only way I can describe this place. Sure, you'll get your prescription, if you have an hour or 2 to kill. And don't be suprised if a spanner in the works pops up while you're waiting, making you need to wait even more. Almost every single time I go here with my dad it is a test of patience that he doesn't make it through, and I barely do. I am THIS close to putting it as a 1 star.

They are very, very slow about filling prescriptions!

If you don't like standing in line don't go. Same goes for the drive through. Make sure you got plenty of money with you!

7 cars in line last night and it took 45 minutes to get prescription
