Bed Bath & Beyond

Bed Bath & Beyond always has a nice atmosphere. I enjoy the wide variety of merchandise they have in store. I can spend hours exploring there. The Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Went in looking for bar stools for my kitchen. Was greeted as I entered. Circled the store and didn't see what I was looking for. On my way out a man asked if he could help me and took me to just what I wanted. Had 2 on display, needed 4. He went in the back to check and before too long all the staff was looking. Had to order 2 but they gave me my coupon discount and free shipping. Thank you to all of the staff.

I enjoyed my shopping experience at Bed Bath and Beyond especially since there is so much variety in the store for every item. I was able to find a magnifying mirror within my price point. Also, as I browsed the aisles and appeared losted...several employees asked if I needed help.

The manager on duty, Debra, was one of the most helpful and patient managers I have ever encountered. We had a return, which had been discontinued, and she did everything possible to make sure the situation was handled. Absolutely professional the whole time and smiling as we left. I'd give her 10 stars if I could!!!! Great customer service :)

Always clean. Have amazing inventory. Some isles are a bit crowded and sometilhings are a bit pricey but have found the quality of their wares are worth the extra cash. Folks are always friendly and helpful.

I love the price match option and the clearance sections. The staff is always helpful at Greenville, NC store and I've never had a bad experience. Highly recommend!

Great selection of items for the bath and they also carry a variety of things such as coffee to fit the Keurig coffee brewer.. Many items that I would not expect to find. Their selection is too numerous to add.

Had a great visit, Dezaray was very helpful! God bless her kind heart. A manager, Debra Howard, on the other hand was extremely rude to both me and her employees, especially Dezaray. Never met a person so wicked and disrespectful. Lord be with her because I’m far from the one!

This store is MILES above the Wilson NC store. Far, far nicer staff and more interested in actually helping you while your there. I will definitely drive all the way here to AVOID the Wilson store.

As always, friendly and helpful. Just wish they had motorised carts. A friendly clerk did offer to help me shop right after I got in the door.

Bought four grapefruit spoons. Cashier told me where they were after I tried to find them. About 6 feet from where I was looking. Always clean.

Needed a hard to find item for organization at home. Ordered on line to pick up in store. Arrived, asked for, paid and was out the door in 12min. LOVE IT!!!!

I haven't been to Bed Bath and Beyond in a while. There was was a good variety to pick from, and I will be back soon.

Very kind associates. Item was stocked in the wrong location and the associate gave it to me for that price without hesitation. That was a service not too many do anymore.
