It's difficult to find an honest contractor that will provide a reasonable price with quality work, but AMI/Redemption is that exception. Chris gave an informative estimate about what it would cost to replace all of our ridge vents and then had them replaced the following day. Communication with him and all his staff was very quick and professional, and the quality of work seems to be very good. We'll definitely contact them again for future repairs and would recommend them to those in the Fuquay area.

Chris and AMI Builders were excellent to work with from start to finish. Chris worked with me for over 6 months on a particularly challenging claims process with my insurance. He always stayed positive and continued to partner with me to keep the process moving forward and provide the evidence needed. The end result was we ended up getting my insurance to cover the cost of my roof. Chris' team replaced my roof in 1 day and I am very happy with the end product as well as 50 year warranty. I'd recommend Chris and AMI to anyone.

AMI was quick with getting me an inspection report for my roof along with contacting the insurance company. AMI took care of all the paperwork with the insurance company and met the adjuster onsite to review the claim and inspection report. Installed the new roof quickly and professionally. This is a Great Company.. They were very instrumental in working with my insurance company when we needed a new roof. Chris (owner) himself came out and surveyed the situation from storm damage. Along with Ashley and his staff they were able to complete all necessary repairs including a new roof for our home. Everyone was very professional and prompt to the task at hand. The company, Redemption Roofing and Restoration/AMI Builders, was extremely helpful to us. The people whom we dealt with were both friendly and very helpful and forthcoming. They were able to answer any and all questions we had and put to ease any doubts. Our roof needed replacing due to wind and hail from a storm. They dealt with the insurance company, which for us was very helpful. The roof was ripped down and replaced in one day,. The yard was protected and cleaned up from debris and nails etc. before the crew left that day. We were extremely pleased with the work and the look of the house with the new roof. We would certainly recommend this company to anyone considering a new roof.

The owner got back to my inquiry in a timely manner. He was very nice, knowledgeable & answered my questions well. It was a real pleasure to speak with him. Although I was not able to go with this company due to too far a distance (I’m in another state), I definitely would consider otherwise!

If I could give more stars I would. From the time I called the office to the time they arrived onsite was three days. I cannot believe how amazing this experience has been. I called to have my soffits replaced because of a bat issue. My wildlife removal company put nets up on a Monday for two days. Wednesday (today) at 9:00 am AMI was onsite. From the time work started to the time we wrapped up was eight hours. AMI went above and beyond what I asked them to do and I am unbelievably satisfied with their work. I highly recommend AMI. Thank you for your amazing work and I will refer you to anyone that has any issues. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

The roof work was done right. No problems whatsoever. Ashley was with us every step of the way throughout. She made our experience much more easier. We will use AMI again.

I called AMI at last minute during a storm. Our ceiling had collapsed due to a leaking roof due to the storm. AMI responded right away and came out that night and put a tarp on my roof to prevent further damage . AMI contacted my insurance company the very next morning . Once everything was approved my roof was replaced within 3 days. AMI made my life so much easier thru this process. The company was very professional and I would highly recommend this company.

Chris the owner came out the day of my phone call. He had the roof put on within 5 days of the initial contact. He worked with my insurance company to finalize the installation. With the local damage caused by the tornado/hail, im blessed to get my roof fixed right away with upgrades included. Some of my friends and neighbors hired out of state contractors that are like vultures. They are waiting months to get their roofs.
