Best move we ever made was to Realo! The entire staff is friendly and efficient! They take their time to get to know you all while providing high quality care to get your prescriptions right and at the best price possible.

Very friendly and helpful staff who truly care about helping you. Everyone there is knowledgeable and willing to spend time answering questions. I felt very welcome. They live up to their motto of hometown pharmacy ...let our family take care of your family.

The entire staff take great care with their customers and personally know them. If only the larger pharmacy chains would take lessons from their business model, customers would be better served across the board. In helping to take care of my Mom’s medical needs from time to time, it has been comforting to know her medical well-being is at the forefront.

I had to switch pharmacies and I just want to say that I have been amazed at the difference in service. I would call my previous pharmacy and it would take 30 minutes before anyone ever picked up the phone. It would take days to get a prescription. I have just switched to Realo and had to call a couple of times and I am so happy to have found this pharmacy. Keep up the great work Realo!!! Awesome service!!!

Above and beyond any pharmacy in town! Their customer service is excellent, they are quick and you can tell they actually care about their clients. We will never go anywhere else!

I absolutely love all the staff here. Especially the pharmacists! Once they get to know you, your health, they go above and beyond! This is by far the BEST pharmacy I have had the privilege of being served by. When my insurance canceled with them they still found a way to make it affordable. Family emergency? If, they can help keep your medicine on track cause you gotta leave even the state they do.I walk in or even call and they are beyond ready to be like "How can I help" I love them. I'd drive hours to just stay with them!

We recently moved to Fuquay-Varina and needed a Pharmacy. We are so happy we found Realo in FV. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming whether answering the phone when I call or picking up my meds. Heather is a sweetheart. We love them all!

I was initially hesitant to try a smaller pharmacy as I was accustomed to the technology via mobile apps and websites from Walgreens and CVS. I switched to Realo after the “technology” failed to provide a consistent reorder experience. I have to say the level of customer service I have experienced from the pharmacy staff at Realo is the best. They set the bar so high that I'll never be able to go back to another pharmacy. On my birthday I received a call from the pharmacist wishing me Happy Birthday! I mean that is outstanding! The staff is helpful and professional. Oh, and they have all the technology of the other chain stores, except it works much better!

Love the staff at Realo-Fuquay!! They go above and beyond with their service and personalities! You can tell they truly care about their customers. Best decision ever when we switch to this pharmacy. Highly recommend....if you haven't checked them out.. you should!!!

Tired of being just a number? Want home town service? This is the greatest pharmacy for service & caring. They are not 24 hours though. But Independently owned and operated. I support this business with pride.

We love the Realo company in general as the employees are always helpful and eager to assist. This location represents the finest employees that Realo has to offer. I drive past 4 different pharmacies and between 30-40 mins each way to use this location. Thanks for all that y’all do.

The Realo of Fuquay is phenomenal. You will not find friendlier, more patient or knowledgeable staff ANYWHERE. Travis the pharmacist genuinely cares and will provide any guidance you seek with the biggest smile on his face. I can not say enough good things about this pharmacy. They stand for everything I love about this town!

As a retired pharmacist, I know how hard the Realo staff works. They are polite, service oriented, and most of all knowledgeable. This business is a credit to the pharmacy profession and the patients that are served there.
