Novant Health Cardiology - Elkin

Thankful for Dr. Means who has successfully managed my 87 year old mother for a number of years now. We are thankful to have a cardiologist who thinks things through he and the cardiologist team are well coordinated when reaching their consensus of best courses of action for mother’s heart health. Thanks to all of you for your kindness and professionalism every time we are in your hands. Special thanks to Dr. Means.

Dr Means is an outstanding doctor and his office is just as good. He saved my husband’s life when several other cardiac doctors had missed the problem. Highly recommend!

Everyone was wonderful to me. I felt like they all really cared about me, very friendly and caring from the receptionist to the doctor. Could not have expected any better treatment.

I had to get my mother an urgent New Patient appointment for a newly diagnosed heart problem. Our original appointment was March 11th, 2024. However as her condition worsened I called Angie back with appointment scheduling. She had helped me originally and came thru for me again. She found an appointment the next day in Elkin. We were more than happy to drive the extra miles to get in so quickly and hopefully avoid a hospitalization.
This office staff and the provider Jonathan Lyday exceeded our expectations. Jonathan was knowledgeable, had a great bedside manner, and a conservative approach that we appreciated. He went over every option and explained things very well. We totally supported his treatment plan. I would highly recommend this Provider and office to others.

Actually this was a visit for my boyfriend after he had his heart attack. They have the up most respect for you and your care and make sure you understand. Recommend them 100%.

Dr Bodek and his staff are the absolute best!!! From the moment you walk in the door to the time you check out everyone is professional and courteous, warm and not robotic. I feel well taken care of and look forward to seeing everyone every 6 months.. Also, I’ve never had to wait more than 10 minutes from the time I walk in the door for my appointment and that in itself is amazing to me!! It doesn’t matter if I’m being seen in Elkin or Kimel Park WS Dr Bodek staff is truly amazing at both locations and I can tell they all enjoy the environment so kudos to Novant and Dr Bodek for making making their employees happy 😊

The staff was professional and friendly from the first phone call to schedule through check out. Each staff member and medical professional introduced themselves and explained each procedure. They kept us aware of potential delays but my appointment was right on time. The doctor was very clear and explained things thoroughly, answering all of my questions. We were so impressed that my husband will now receive his cardiac care in this office.

Everyone from the appointment setter to the nurse to the doctor treated me with kindness they were attentive they took good care of me. I did not feel like I was being looked down upon at all and when I had questions they were quick to answer I would recommend this doctor and his staff to anyone and everyone.

The staff is kind and courteous the doctor took his time to speak with me ask if I had any questions set me a protest that was a next day at same location which I thought was great. All around a very good team so far. I just wish I didn't have used form them but I praise God they're here if needed.
