I have been a patient of EPAM for many years and all 3 of my children are also patients here. The members of this sweet Christian staff are always smiling and helpful with all questions and appointments needs and the light and friendly atmosphere is always warm and welcoming.

I truly love this office. I have been going there since I was a baby! My mom and my daughter also attend this office. My experiences have been nothing but happy here. The doctors listen to their patients as well as take care of them

I have only been here twice so far and I am so satisfied at how this office has gone above and beyond for my son. Dr.Castillejo is absolutely amazing. He is compassionate, thorough, and informative. The nurses and receptionists are amazing as well. I dont have a single complaint.

Sick or not, broken limb or sprang ankle... always a thrill to have this office as my family's doctor office. Mother has been going for years. Ice been going for years. Wont take my son anywhere else. Dr. Walkers little helper. Haha.

I have been going there since I was little and so it is the only place I take my daughter. Sometimes you have to wait for a bit, but it is because the doctors and nurses thoroughly examine patients and are very personable with everyone who comes in, rather than the patients being just another patient and rushing them in and out.

I have been seeing these physicians since they first opened the door over 15 years ago. They are great! The doctors, nurses, and office staff are all wonderful!!!!!

I am always treated as if I am the only patient being seen. I am treated with respect and I feel like my concerns are taken seriously.

Nothing but great experiences for 2 years and counting! Love the staff and providers!

I have been here since moving to the area in 2020. I still like them but I will warn any new patients that they are drowning in more patients than they can handle. Getting appointments is getting harder and harder, I have yet to be able to get a same day appointment for sickness. (Even though they advertise it’s possible).
The system is unfortunately falling behind the demand. It’s pretty old school.
Hopefully they can up their system so it can get better and not worse.

I have been coming to this business since 2013 … that’s TEN YEARS with 5 children , my 3 year old had an appointment today for a physical and shots and they had the AUDACITY to comment that she needs a bath and that she has poor hygiene when all my children are bathed daily. Prior to my child’s appointment we had breakfast and spent the morning at the park , she was exhausted from wearing her crocs with sweaty feet and took them off , with the dirt from the park and her walking barefoot in the office they criticized her hygiene? I have never got a complaint on any of my children’s hygiene! 10 years and seriously debating on switching businesses. How unprofessional and disrespectful.
