Good smaller town store. I like the folks, and my kids love the cat that lives there, and the free popcorn.

The store is fine, but they ask you every 2mins if you need help and sometimes I just wanna look around and shop.

Excellent customer service on Weber grills. Staff was very knowledgeable and the grill was assembled perfectly. Delivered to my porch with professionalism and care. Highly recommend Stouts Building Center to those looking to purchase a grill.

This hardware store is like visiting the ideal small town Americana store. Friendly service and fresh, free popcorn for the kids. While their prices may be slightly higher than the box stores, the service and convince of the location in town is worth it.

Great customer service. When I looked lost, someone immediately came to assist me. Running out of landscape fabric is terrible mid-project. Thankful to have a great hardware store so close.

Ace (Stouts) always has a very friendly and helpful staff, sometimes too helpful (you kind of get bombarded by workers asking you if you need help and it can be awkward when 5 different workers ask you if you need something within 2 minutes). But other than that, they are well stocked on quick minute tools, paint, and pretty much everything else. Definitely stop by here if you're in a pinch. The prices are a little higher than lowes or home depot but it's worth it for the convenience and quality.

The staff here was so welcoming. Gretchen was very receptive, friendly and professional. I took my weed eater in for repair, and received a phone call within 30 minutes that it was already fixed. Steve was prompt and very resourceful. They even took time to show/explain what the issue was. Glad I took a chance on this hardware store that’s close by. Definitely coming back if I have future issues.

The people who own this establishment are super friendly and very knowledgeable... And even though they did not have the item I initially came in for I did end up making a purchase anyway. I would gladly recommend this business to anyone and I will be a repeat customer. Thank you for great customer service because nowadays you can't find that anywhere.

Everything you need for your home and yard. Great selection of paint and supplies. Outstanding service. Awesome display of Case pocket knives. Fertilizer, Grass seed, Weed control and Also Stihl power equipment dealer. You must see them.

Greeted when we walked in. Loads of help finding what we needed. Had things I couldn't find anywhere else. A little pricey, but not so much that I couldn't get what I needed. Nice place for our small town.

I have been a long time customer at stouts most of time happy with the service, but today the staff and owner went out of the way to help me with the purchase of a chainsaw. This was hard to do because always been a Husquvarna owner but I bought a stihl chainsaw and it is an amazing saw stouts converted me over great service happy customer

This is a small, local hardware store in Mt. Washington. I feel good about going there and not only supporting local businesses but finding this store convenient, well stocked with everyday items and staffed with helpful employees. You can be in and out expeditiously instead of fighting the traffic and crowds at larger retail stores.

Old-fashioned hardware store with helpful, knowledgeable staff. A nice change from the big-box stores where you have to search to find someone and, if you do manage to find someone, most of the time they know less than YOU do. That is not the case at Stouts!
