Hampton Inn & Suites Columbia/Southeast-Ft. Jackson

Our stay here was perfect! The check-in was fast and friendly. The room was clean and modern. The breakfast was delicious - typical hotel breakfast (eggs, toast, bagels, waffles, cereals, juices, coffee). My son used the gym. It's open 24 hours, which he loved. He said it was clean with plenty of equipment that seemed new.

Everything was good. Good location. Friendly service. Bed was comfy. They do need bigger pillows on the bed and there was dog hair all over my socks after walking around in my room.

I had a reservation at Baymont down the street and left because of the horrible service. I called Hampton Inn amd spoke with a very nice woman and she found me a room right away. When I walked into the lobby I was warmly greeted by a very sweet young woman. I believe her name Kelly. She was absolutely amazing! The hotel is clean. The room was also very clean, spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. I slept great! The woman at the front desk in the morning was also very nice and friendly. I wish I would have gotten her name so I could recognize her also. If I am ever in the area again I will definitely stay here!

Beautiful room, super comfy bed and the front desk is run by really sweet helpful people. Breakfast was really good.

This hotel was an awesome surprise. The staff were attentive and genuinely nice. It was very clean and well kept. Breakfast each morning was tasty and filling. Every staff member- front desk, room attendants, breakfast attendants, maintenance and managers were all very helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The location is central and easily accessible.

First time staying at Hampton Inn and Suites Columbia. First impression was fantastic as the staff were so cordial. Each employee I met and greeted at Hampton Inn were always polite and easy to confront. Thank for the pleasant staff!

I stayed for two nights, used the gym twice and had breakfast each morning. The rooms were very clean went I first entered. The gym was kept tidy and towels plus sanitizing wipes were available for guests to use. Breakfast was good with plenty to eat each morning.

Thanks again for the pleasant stay. Should I return to this location in the future, I will be sure to book at Hampton Inn and Suites Colombia.

When I checked in all I saw was smiles from the 2 ladies who checked us in. The lobby smelled so clean and fresh as well. There was no one lingering outside the hotel as well. The room was awesome and so clean and the bed was so soft. I am very pick to where I stay and I am so glad I picked this one.

Do not apply for housekeeping at this location. You will get a time for the interview, get there WAY before time and the hiring manager, Lillian, will walk past you multiple times, do not acknowledge you, and have you waiting for over an hour for an interview! I NEVER got to do an interview, even after waiting patiently, for an hour, for a job I will never get!!!

Room was clean and very big especially for what i needed. The best part of my stay was the staff. Their customer service was excellent. Able to get me a room last minute with the remainder of places in the area sold out. Fridge was unplugged when I went into my room, and immediately had someone come and fix it, on top of putting my drinks in it so they were cold upon my return. Would recommend staying here in the future.

Bed pillows were more like 4 throw pillows, tiny. Loved the warm baked cookies in the evening. Breakfast was typical hotel with waffles breakfast.

My suite was fabulous! It was spacious and decorated in a very beautiful modern style, I would definitely be visiting this location again.

I booked a studio with 2Q and sofa sleeper, 456sq ft it was so spacious, even had a mini kitchenette. Very clean room and comfortable beds. The fitness room was clean and nicely equipped. The pool was clean and very nice, we really enjoyed our stay and will be back.

The hotel staff were so nice and friendly they had the softest cookies out front for you to indulge in and they tasted amazing! Endless supply of coffee/hot cocoa at your leisure. The breakfast was good, the room was always taken care of and if we needed anything all we had to do was ask. The staff made us feel like we were home!

Every one of the staff was friendly, professional and always had a smile on their face. The hotel was clean, the breakfast buffet was wonderful and they even had a welcoming social for family attending Fort Jackson's graduation. I can't say enough about how pleasant my stay was.

We were trying to find a hotel near my daughter and reviews were a little scary. We chose the Hampton even with some bad reviews. We were greeted by a young man at the desk who was pleasant and helpful. We went to our room which was clean and well stocked. We slept well in comfortable beds and showered with hot water and decent water pressure. We had breakfast that was yummy, eggs, Turkey sausage, waffle makers, cereal, yogurt, fruit, juice and coffee. The staff (Tangee and Rayanda) in the breakfast area were pleasant, kept it well stocked and clean. We had a great experience here and would recommend staying here. We found our home away from home when we visit our kids.

I enjoyed the time I spent there. The staff was amazing and very friendly. The only problem I had was that I had to leave. Wish I could have stayed longer. I would highly recommend this place to any & everyone…

The front desk service was great. The room was clean. We didn't pull the couch bed out for my son so I can't comment on that, he just slept on the couch! The beds were actually pretty comfortable! I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

The rooms are great! Exactly what you find in the photos online. Kiara was so patient and extremely helpful! She answered every question we had and was super sweet the whole time! Would recommend staying!!

New remodeled and staff was great. Was happy with the breakfast. The rooms were clean with new furniture. Staff is always professional and very likeable. Service in Columbia, SC can be hit/miss, but it's always consistenly solid at this hotel.

This hotel was one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The staff was so friendly and welcoming and the rooms were so comfortable. The pool was very nice. We had a great stay.
