I gave Nightingale a call (after having the worst experience with 1800 Flowers) in hopes to help cheer up one my friends who just lost her cat of 16 years. Julie helped me over the phone and had the most beautiful flowers delivered to our office along with a bonus bloom due to it being a loss of a pet AND with a special note saying they donated $10 to the Humane Society of Charlotte in memory of Smokie. Being a pet parent this florist now has a customer for life! Another true testament of how small businesses are just BETTER!!

Nightingale floral was wonderful to work with. They were so helpful over the phone and the arrangements they made for my mother’s funeral service were absolutely beautiful. The flowers were so fresh and lovely. I will absolutely order flowers from them again and recommend them to friends.

I placed an order for a friends family when they lost their sweet dog. Kelilabee even sent an extra small bouquet with a donation to the humane society in the dogs name. That blew me away and brought us all to tears.

Nightingale delivered and then some. The arrangement was beautiful and delivered quickly. I shared in the order that the sympathy arrangement was for the loss of a beloved pet, and they made a donation to the Humane Society in my friend's honor. I placed my initial order online and though the arrangement was beautiful, I noticed the recipient received the regular version of the arrangement rather than the upgraded arrangement that I had ordered. I emailed Meg from Kelilabee and she immediately called me taking responsibility for the mistake with a heartfelt apology and was determined to make it right. She sent out the correct arrangement and offered to credit my account. I was so impressed with her customer service, I declined receiving any credit but was thankful that she sent out another beautiful arrangement.
