Friendly employees and customer service is great. Car wash is superb, my car always come out shining. I have a membership, it’s worth it and pays for itself in one wash. Car wash is clean as well as vacuum area. They supply clothes with cleaning supplies to clean inside vehicle, vacs have good suction. My favorite xtra they have is the mat cleaner.

This was my 2nd time coming to the Two Notch/I-77 location on 07-06-23 and the staff was amazing! Very helpful and professional and this is a great spot to get an all-in-one car wash if you have quite a bit of grime left after the wash.

MOST DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS CAR WASH TO ANYONE IN THE COLUMBIA AREA , I JUST MOVED FROM COLORADO AND THIS IS MY FIRST AFTER BUYING A NEW CAR TO GO THE CAR WASH AND WHEN I SAY THIS IS THE BEST CAR WASH EVER , Ariana and Alizay greeted me with the best customer service and made me feel welcomed and also gave me some air freshener for my car and I never been to a car wash where they also had towels for you to use which was also pretty cool but I will definitely be back and will spread the word , THIS IS THE BEST CARWASH IN TOWN ! I come here all the time but have never had the Alizay experience. Her smile, her willingness to help, and even provide car scent to my vehicle made it a much more pleasant experience. Now I wish she’ll be here each time I come. Very pleasant. Exceptional customer service.

Cameron introduced me to the App so no matter what side of town I’m on, I’m able to open my App and find the nearest one.

A plus business. After going once to Time to Shine, I won't be going back. The kind man at Hurricane always washes my floor board mats for me (they are ones I've purchased that can be washed). Time to Shine didn't have that at Sandhills (not even a machine that does it). Hurricane does it and they have all of the sprays you need, bug/tar remover, glass cleaner, and car freshener. Time to Shine only had glass cleaner. Hurricane is customer service oriented and always super nice! I will be going strictly to Hurricane (Two Notch) from here on out!

My experience at Hurricane was incredible! The process was smooth and organized. The crew was respectful and friendly. I asked them to put some tape on my license plate because I don’t have a plate holder and they ran inside to get some. I also met the manager, Cameron, and he was extremely amiable. My car didn’t get scratched or damaged during the ride through. I will definitely be coming back

I love Hurricane! The service was amazing. Today was my first time trying them out. The wash left my car prestine. I took a little longer than expected vacuuming given that my car was really dirty on the inside. But Arianna helped me so much by vacuuming ALL of my mats & even helping me to vacuum. There was also another attendant that helped me a great deal but unfortunately I cannot remember her name! She had glasses & had a soft & welcoming personality. They both went above & beyond to make sure I was straight!

Will definitely be returning often😊

I love this car wash place! I make the trip across town specifically for this location. I never have residue left on my tires and everyone is ALWAYS so nice, respectful, don’t make you feel bad in any way…just overall professional!

Alizay absolutely fantastic customer service performance why she is 10+ I win close to no other hurricane but here she has great great personality, great people, skills, and again her customer service is above and beyond the approach again my name is Carl, E, Council and I highly recommend dealing with this hurricane to any other because he is more most the best I have ever dealt with

I loved this car wash..It took all the stains spots and dirt off of my car. I was able to vacuum and wipe down my car as well and I loved it..I will be back here again.
