Flopeye Diner

I went on a Sat. afternoon. Was not busy and was quiet. The food was excellent!! Service was also excellent. Sweet tea is delicious!! I order takeout sometimes. It still lives up to their quality standards. I love the diner atmosphere.

Great little quirky family-owned restaurant in Great Falls, SC. Lots of standard menu options at very reasonable prices. I've eaten there several times and never leave hungry or broke. BBQ sandwiches are terrific French fries are hot and crispy. AND service is fast. If you're looking for an alternative to "fast food" on your favorite road trips, stop here.

Perfect diner atmosphere with great food and service. Friendly staff and good prices. Even the other customers are friendly. I felt as though I knew everyone there.

This was an unexpected find in a town that has seen better days. First of all the name and decor of the Diner is cute and the food is fresh and delicious. We ordered shrimp for my husband and I ordered a salad and baked potato. There was enough shrimp to share and my salad was big. The baked potato was big also. Everything was prepared just right and very tasty. The restaurant and restrooms were clean. The server was friendly and checked back several times to make sure we had everything we needed. The prices are reasonable and the portions are big. If I pass through Great Falls SC again I will enjoy another meal at the Flopeye Diner.

This place is AMAZING. Best salad I've had in a long while, maybe ever, but I'm getting older so I may be forgetting one from the 80s. The meal was spectacular and people fantastic. It is worth the drive.

Did not expect the philly cheese steak to be this big for such a low price. It was so good too and the burgers are amazing so juice and done all the way. Good staff too. I love the owner she's really sweet and helpful.

We passed the place with the funny name a couple of times. We stopped. We ate. We shall return!!! So many great choices. My wife who is virtually a vegan, saw my cheese steak sandwich and said that's what she's getting next time. Wonderfully prepared tasty food. Eclectic atmosphere. My new favorite diner!

We are so glad we found this place!! The food was amazing, our waitress was so sweet and attentive, and the decor was like nowhere else!! We would both highly recommend this place if you want to leave with a happy belly and a smile on your face 😀 Hubby had chicken livers that made him so happy, he told me to hush lol, I had the Philly which was OMG, and the mozzarella sticks there are hands down spectacular! I know if we are back in the area we will be back for sure.

My wife and I drove up from Columbia for lunch on Friday and we were not disappointed. Great Falls is a small little town with big appeal, the diner staff were perfect, the setting was perfect and the food was perfect. Their sweet tea is the best and southern country cooking was top notch.

Staff was super friendly, food was excellent, and you won't leave hungry I promise. For the price, the amount of food you get is amazing! Felt like going to your mom's house just not your actual family. Sometimes the best food comes from the small places. This was my first visit to this place, you can guarantee I'll go back!

I can't say enough about the food and service. We drove here from our Wateree State park visit to eat breakfast multiple times. I had Biscuits and sausage gravy with two soft eggs. Country style sausage.

Definitely worth the detour off I-77

Found this place by accident when picking up a car we bought in Lancaster. Just the name raised our curiosity enough to make it a side trip. The staff was great, food was great, customers all engaged in conversation with us, puts your mind back in a better time. Highly recommend it.

I mean what's not to like? If you go in here you know what you are signing up for and it doesn't disappoint. I had a burger that was really tasty (I asked the cook and he said they mixed Worcestershire sauce in the meat). Staff was friendly and professional. Would go back next time I am in the area.

Had the Chese Steak, it was a monster sandwich but very good

Me and my hubby usually eat here once a week, always fresh hot delicious food, friendly staff and great prices for the food you get. I highly recommend Flopeye Cafe.
