Dr.Kent was supposed to have a phone appointment with me to refill my medications. At first I waited until a little after 5pm when they took my co payment at 3:30 P.M. after he finally called he had a very un professional attitude with me, and then said it would be two or three days before he could send in my medications (which I was okay with). Now it has been a week and he has still not called in any of my medications. Not to mention I am at the hospital having my first son and now I have none of my medication. Dr. Kent is by far the worst doctor I have ever encountered!!

Called Monday to make an appointment, got voicemail and waited to be contact. Called back Tuesday and scheduled an appointment for the following Monday - not told that I need to bring anything or show up early for paperwork as a new patient. Show up early to the appointment only to be told I cannot be seen without my prior records. Complete waste of time and caused me to go without vital medication.

Called to schedule an appointment and got put on hold for 10 minutes. Hung up and called back and got put on hold another 10 minutes. Still wasn’t able to schedule my appointment. I didn’t have these problems when Terry and his staff were there
