Dunkin'

I am a frequent Dunkin Donuts customer. I have had some interesting visits; however, today we stopped around 1:00 PM at the location at 7400 Wilson Blvd in Columbia, SC and the ladies who worked there were SO nice! From a friendly smile to being incredibly kind it made my whole experience! I ordered the smoked vanilla cold brew and the girl that took my order said she also loved it, stated she orders it with almond milk in hers which I then wanted to try and then asked if I wanted the cold foam as well, which I thought was so polite to ask! They even added the sprinkled cinnamon (I think that’s what it is) on top and every store has been hit or miss on that. It was just a very wonderful experience with wonderful ladies who seemed like they were truly happy to be there which made a difference that I thought should be recognized! Keep up the good work girls!

I made a quick run for some coffee and was so impressed by the kind customer service, I had to leave a review! I was very refreshed by the pleasant and helpful attitude of Tamiya. Because of that, you have a repeat customer!

The ladies at this Dunkin Donuts are very aware of their customers as well as very attentive. After my second time visiting there,they see me and know my order. I will always go out of my way to visit this particular store. Keep up the great work!! We really appreciate it.

Sad that I didn’t get her name... went above and beyond. Very polite asked me if my iced coffee to my liking... she may have been the manager she had a different color shirt on but if upper management is reading I went on Friday June 21st at2:24pm...

Just want to give a shoutout to Nakiya for hooking me up the other day. I came in wanting 2 donuts and she quickly helped me. Because they closed in 10 mins she graciously did not charge me for them. She instead told me to have a nice day and not to worry about it. Very professional and friendly. It made my day and so i Thankyou!

The coffee is fresh and delicious and the ladies that took my order seemed really happy to be there. Service was also super fast and they had free juice samples. I think this is a fairly new DDs.

Dunking donuts have a very good healthy choice breakfast sandwich which is very tasty low calories I like it.

I mostly come here in the morning and deal with Nita. She's very efficient and always remembers what I want. A+ customer service. I love it.

I love black coffee with caramel. Dunkin donuts on N. Main is the only location that makes it perfect....every time.
