CVS

My father has Covid and I had to take him out to get seen so he could get a prescription for paxlovid. Took him home so he could be comfortable and then we to get his prescription. Went to this CVS and was told it wasn’t ready, but that it was going to be $1300!!! Drove and parked in the lot, completely flabbergasted… started doing some research… went inside to ask some questions. The woman I spoke with was on the ball… gave me a couple of options. I tried the first and it was a no-go. She called about the 2nd option and after some time, it came through. The medicine was free and she went out of her way to do that.
I do not remember her name, but she did go above and beyond to help someone out.

This CVS Pharmacy is well worth the trip. Thanks to Roger, Michael, Ms. Dukes and all of the staff who work with us to get our medications filled. The store staff is awesome as well! The rewards program at CVS gives great savings and we often take advantage of the benefits. Charles and I are grateful!

I rolled up late in the day and they filled my prescription in a super timely manner. They also helped me with a discount card for my prescription. I forgot the name of the young guy who helped me but I could have hugged him. SO NICE.

I’ve been here for flu & Covid vaccines, the process was efficient and I’m usually in & out in about 30 minutes. Most recently, I had a few prescriptions filled here, and the pharmacy had them ready in about 45 minutes. That’s much quicker than my experiences across the way from here. Keep up the good work!

I have to say that the young man named Seth that helped us out in the drive thru was very nice and helpful to get my wife's medicine quickly and very professionally. I appreciate great customer service so I thank you for the help.

The nicest people work here! EVERYONE is always so patient, kind and willing to go the extra mile to satisfy their customers (even the rude ones). I mostly deal with the pharmacy in person and via the app. They are on the ball! They are ALWAYS busy! I really don't know what this community would do without our CVS. They offer the best competitive prices on rx's for the insured and uninsured (use SingleCare or GoodRx). I even get ALL of my vaccines there. I trust them. That's the best compliment you can give any business.

Daona in the pharmacy department assisted me, she was so patient, did not get frustrated with me trying to find my insurance information at the last minute after I had just finished a mini procedure and was moving slow, she was really nice and Thanks for that.

There’s a pharmacist there (Ms Nani) that has been helpful to me on several different occasions,she’s a joy to deal with, and today as I waited I watched as she helped and went above and be on to help others.
She’s the only reason I did this review her great customer service should be noted.

Employees are all very nice and helpful. Pharmacy staff always cheerful and has excellent customer service. Store kept neat and well-stocked.

They are very accommodating, they didn't have enough medication to refill my full prescription so they gave me enough medication to last until they got it in. They are consistently polite, kind, and appreciative which will guarantee my continued patronage.
