I originally had my taxes done by another company and was not happy with the outcome. Tracee was able to work with me and reduce the amount I owed by more than half. I'd been filing my own taxes online for years, however, this year involved my rental property, a W-2, and revenues from starting 2 new businesses, so decided to get an expert's advice. I was referred to Tracee by an overwhelming number of people from Greenville Young Professionals group. Tracee ended up saving me $3,452 in taxes and took the time to educate and inform me about several things including deductions I wasn't aware of, and helped me set up & organize bookkeeping going forward. She also only charged me half of what she originally quoted me saying, "Well, it wasn't as much work as I originally estimated." I think she is incredibly honest, knowledgeable, and sincere in her desire to help people. Tracee's office has done my taxes for me for the last 2 years. I used to do my taxes online but things have gotten a bit more complicated as far as my taxes go so I really like the extra help. Having dealt with unprofessional tax and accounting people locally who never call you back or keep you updated with the process and then when you stop by their office and you go inside and they have been smoking weed in the office and then want to charge you outrageous fees to support their habit, it was quite refreshing to deal with a stand up champion such as Tracee. Easy to work with and was able to complete my taxes when I worked and live in two states and work in a reciprocal state. Thought I was going to be owing money but ended up getting a return which made it even better. Her whole process was quick and easy just by uploading the documents to her and she took it from there. My experience with Tracee has been frustrating. My 2019 taxes was not filed correctly before I came to Tracee. She was suppose to be amending my 2019 taxes. She filed the 2019 as regular taxes and once they were rejected I was never notified and I had no idea they were rejected from the IRS. It wasn’t until I was in the process of refinancing my house that I found out they was never amended. I take part ownership because my taxes was not done properly from the beginning but this was made known from the beginning. I’m frustrated because I knew nothing of them not being properly amended. She didn’t know until I brought it to her attention and instead of be honest with me. She blamed to irs being slow and covid. Not professional and too busy to properly complete paperwork

I went to Tracey intially because my 2019 taxes were not done correctly and the amendment wasn't either. I told her of my situation and she assured me she could help. It's a lot to explain but its 2022 and nothing has been resolved with my 2019 and I received a letter from the IRS stating I owe for 2020 but the copy of the return she gave me stated I would receive money.
DO NOT USE her!!!!

I used Tracee last year and she did a wonderful job for me. This year has been a total nightmare. I've been sending emails and phone calls for 2 months, no responses. Talked to the receptionist at one point and asked if Tracee is even getting my message and the receptionist told me, no. Decided to stop up at the office two weeks ago to finally get answers in person after weeks of no call backs and no responses to emails and the building was closed, on a Tuesday, when they should have been open. I dont know what going on over there, but now I'm scrambling to get my taxes done elsewhere before the deadline after being left high and dry here.

Tracee was my business accountant for three years. Since January of this year, I have been trying to get a response from her with no success. She has never been that great at responding, but this has been far worse. I sent her an email to find out about my 2020 taxes and first quarter's 2021 a few weeks ago on June 10th, since I have not heard from her, then again on the 16th, then again on the 17th. Then I called her, she was out, but actually texted me from her personal line saying she'd get back with me in 20 minutes. In 20 minutes she texted letting me know she hadn't forgotten about me and would call that day. That evening I texted her asking if she was still going to be available- no response. I called the office Tuesday morning, unavailable. I called that afternoon, unavailable, but was told she'd be sending "signature pages" that day. I received nothing, nor a callback. I followed up again and called in the morning- with clients. Asked a good time to call back, was told "we are going out to lunch" so try 2-3. I call back later, no one answers now. I called the next morning, no answer. Called in the afternoon, no answer. Since then, they do not answer the phone. I have also tried from both my business and personal line. So now I am getting ignored and they are screening my calls. And this doesn't count the emails I've sent since January.

My 2020 taxes, an extension, nor first quarter 2021 have been filed and I have had no correspondence with her since January. Then she has the audacity to set up an automated email that I got in response to one of mine saying the office was closed for a week due to a long tax season. I am not sure whose taxes she's doing, but certainly not mine. I don't know what's going on and I feel I have done more than my due diligence. Seven months with nothing. I have now found a new accountant that told me Tracee is known for this. I have also spoken to several others that have the same issue with her. She is clearly a dead end getting anything out of. I now have penalties and fees because she never even filed an extension, even though I shouldn't have needed one since I always get everything to her right away. I can't imagine running my business where I completely ignore my clients. Regardless of what's happening, communication could have been prevented this. If you're looking for someone to not do your taxes and ignore you, hire Tracee. One star = no stars!

Tracee was fantastic for the first couple years we worked with her, but communication and responsiveness as well as timely filings have become a thing of the past in 2021. We unfortunately had to go with another accountant when we were getting no response from repeated calls, texts and emails.

Everything went fine at first, then she disappeared like a ghost. No responses to calls or emails, she missed our appointments at the office. New CPA went through my 2020 personal and business returns - confirmed she messed up quite a bit. Stay Away.

Tried working with Tracee to file my 2020 taxes and she completely stopped responding after receiving my tax documents. Don’t waste your time.

This is the most unprofessional person I've encountered in my 11 years as a business owner. I'll spare the details, but suffice it to say this person is extremely unreliable and inaccurate. If you do business with her, you're asking for problems.
