Dr. Cuffy and his team are absolutely amazing! Everyone is so kind and courteous and truly make you feel like family. I’ve never felt more cared for at a dental office and I’m truly grateful for the experiences I’ve had. I wish I could give this practice more than 5 stars. My family and I will go here until all of our teeth fall out! I recommend Dr. Cuffy to anyone in the Simpsonville area looking for professional dental care. I guarantee you’re in great hands :)

I don't know anyone who wants to have dental work done but the folks at Total Family will have you enjoying your experience!! I am so glad we found them. They do an amazing job at making sure you are comfortable and are so kind!! I won't go anywhere else for my dental work!!

The best dentist and staff! My whole family has been going to him for years and we all love them. They remember us and everything we do like we are family to them.

Practice hard to find if it is your first time going. GPS does not recognize the address since the 4 lane highway across the road from the building is located on (South Main Street) is labeled as Main Street as well as Highway 417. GPS only recognizes the 4 lane Highway. Once you discover how to get there then it is very easy from then on.

Staff very friendly and Proffesional. Dentist is very personable as well. Most Dentists today either wear scrubs or civilian clothes with a lab coat over it. This one wear the heavy starched white pants, shirt and black shoes. Almost a throw back to years gone by.
The office appears to be brand new and has plenty of rooms for Hygenist to work. However, one piece of equipment is misssing and is needed. This is the rinse sink. When you have your teeth clean and polished the polishing compound is very gritty. Trying to remove the grit from your mouth with the Hygenist squirts water into it to try and rinse the grit away and then uses a vacumn tube to try and remove the grit only partially gets the job done. You have to find a place to get some water and rinse the rest out once you leave.

The lack of a rinse sink will not prevent me from going back. Very Friendly staff that cares about their patients!
