Township Auditorium

Have been to several shows and pageants here. Cozy venue, great sound, easy parking! I thought I'd lost my wallet early in the night (Dwight concert) and the staff was so kind and helpful! Thank yall for always providing a stellar experience!

Went to see the Gladys Knight and had an amazing time. Gladys was so great. The auditorium did an amazing job of getting everyone in and the large lines and standing time down in under 5 minutes. The attendants were very kind in showing me to my seat and walking me the entire way versus just pointing to the area like most places do. The facility from what I can remember was very clean. The only thing I would say they need work on that may not have anything to do with the auditorium would be the parking and where to park. There were no signs to let you know how much parking would be or whether they took cash or card. Other than that my experience was great.

The auditorium was pretty easy to get to. The venue was very nice inside, not too big and not too small. Just about any seat for a concert is a pretty good choice. We got to park close, 20 bucks but at least it was easy in and out. They had some people outside the parking lots flagging people down to park, just look for them.

We saw Chicago at the Township Auditorium. Such a terrific experience! Public parking was cheap and just three quick blocks away from the entrance. The venue was staffed with friendly folks and was very tidy. There were kiosks where you could get your favorite beverage. Restrooms were well-maintained and close by. After getting "nose-bleed" seating for James Taylor at the Colonial Life Arena, we spent a bit more money and got seating pretty close to the stage. Orchestra Seating 8 rows back! SMART MOVE! We could see the band easily, as they performed. The sound level wasn't overpowering, either. Chicago put on a 2-hour show with a 20 minute intermission. The show was GREAT! Well worth the $$! We will looking at attending future shows here.

Saw Foreigner concert last it was a blast so many memories!! The size & structure may it perfect venue for concert didn't appear to be bad seat in the house. We had wonderful seats in 1st balcony.

Saw Chicago. Great sound quality for a concert. All seats appear to be unobstructed, less two (2) medium support columns in the upper balcony.

There are small maybe 4-6" columns at ground level that appear to pose no issue.
A lot of bathrooms on each level.

Free and paid parking easy peasy.
Location made getting in and out of Columbia simple.

I will definitely start tracking the concert and show schedule.

Great venue with LOTS of history. Acoustics were Awesome as was John Mellencamp!

First time visitor for REO Speedwagon. Fantastic venue. Comfortable seats. Not a bad seat in the house.

The Township is a very nice venue. The staff were very helpful. We saw Foreigner and it was great! It’s smaller and more intimate than an indoor arena.

Great concert. Typical prices. Helpful and personable employees. Plenty of concession stands and restrooms. Very positive experience.

Great venue! Lots of parking available (for a fee) but very close. The staff were all amazing. Good selection of food, snacks, and drinks. Plenty of seating and a large "pit", standing room only floor. We were in first balcony J, and had a slightly obstructed view of the right side of the stage. (See photo)

Always a great time! Friendly staff, fair priced beers & drinks, and most importantly, an incredible intimate experience with great sound. It’s truly a special place to behold with amazing music, family & friends. I’ll take an older theater or auditorium any day!! A thanks to Widespread Panic for a much needed moment reminiscent of cherished times of yesteryears!!! 🔥🔥🔥🔥

We were at a concert here this past weekend. This was a nice venue for a show. We had floor seats and could see very well. Concessions were readily available. We took an Uber to the venue and back to the hotel. Drop off and pickup is on a side street, so it was not an issue. Seats seemed comfortable when we used them.

Great venue. Comfortable seats. Plenty of staff. Good acoustics. And beer is very reasonably priced

Beautiful and intimate historic venue, professional staff. Loved seeing Les Claypool's Frog Brigade and Adrian Belew here this summer.
