Fort Jackson Theater

The Fort Jackson, Basic Training museum is an excellent place to visit. The gentleman who gave us the tour was very knowledgeable and professional. I recommend it to all parents who are going to see their sons and daughters graduating from Basic Training. Your visit will give y’all a view of what the trainees go thru BT.

Watched a free movie and had plenty of seating

Very large theather but your viewing options are rather limited. Be prepared to stand for the National Anthem prior to the previews coming on. Prices were very fair and concessions serving were ample. Overall, not a bad place to kill some time.

Amazing. This place was huge. It was very comfortable to watch a movie with a lot of people. I would suggest that they also open on Thursdays for graduation.

Nice theater, clean and well taken care of. Great value for the money. Great time when your stuck on base fpr family day. They also have current releases.

Since approximately 2002, my family and I have experienced watching numerous movies ranging from basic children Rated "G" movies to hardcore action packed Rated "R" preview and first run movies. Although I am not in the Armed Forces ( military spouse ), I truly appreciate this MRW benefit for the Ft. Jackson Theater is great outlet for military families to enjoy an afternoon or evening movie. Service amenities include a medium to large capacity theatre with superior audio equipment, comfortable wide cloth seats, mini cafe serving popcorn, drinks, hotdogs, candy, various combos, and recently wine.

I have only been to this theater once, because we just recently moved to this area. I was pleasantly surprised at the size of the theater and the events they have (military appreciation free screenings of various movies)

Our daughter graduated from Drill Sergeant school. The Theater was very nice. The ceremony was great, we loved it.

I'll be honest, the Fort Jackson theatre was a lot nicer than I was expecting. Not the most comfortable seats I've ever seen in a movie theatre, but also not bad.

better than down town theaters as far as crowds and service. Could use a little up dating. I always go there when I can!

Fort Jackson' base community is great. Enjoyed bowling and other things during military training graduation.

Saw my brother graduate to a drill sergeant for the army it was beautiful and clean. Loved it

Great place to go with the family always have up to date movies at a discount prices and most months they have a sneak preview for free.
