Corruption: On Friday June 15th 2018, my fiance filed a complaint for custody in the Laurens County Family Court, detailing how On May 25, 2018, one Laurens County DSS Supervisor, Porsha Moore, coerced her into placing her children with family under threat of placing them in foster care and placing my fiancee under arrest for not cooperating with Porsha's demands. Being ignorant to the law, my fiancee cooperated only until she consulted me and I informed her of what the law is. Two days after Porcha's coercive tactics, Porsha arrived at our apartment attempting to trick my fiancee into signing a "safety plan" which I explained to my fiance would have constituted her consent to DSS being involved in her life. When my fiance declined to sign the safety plan, Portia became very upset and stormed out of our apartment uttering threats. From that day and up until June 15th, Porcha continue issuing threats as my fiancee continued to demand legal justification for DSS taking custody of her children. First one excuse then another came out of Porcha's mouth, but never one time did Porcha attempt to approach a judge, as the law requires, to seek a Judicial order based upon a showing of abuse or neglect. There had never been any allegations of abuse or neglect, but that didn't stop Porcha from dictating where the children were placed or who they would be in contact with, including people who were abusing those children. Porcha went so far as to engage non-custodial parties for their signatures on illegal safety plans, the basis for which were Porcha's fabrications of "CDV" that had never occurred, law enforcement having no records of any reports or complaints of any such conduct.

So my fiancee files a complaint for custody twenty one (21) days after Porcha unlawfully exerts full control of my fiancee's children, asking the court to intervene on her behalf. The complaint for custody and motion for emergency temporary hearing detail the illegality of Porcha conduct, our efforts to regain physical custody of her children only to be threatened with kidnapping by ignorant law enforcement officials. And this complaint raises an alarm in the Laurens County Family Court and in particular with one Family Court Judge who is owned by DSS and immediately violated judicial ethics canons by engaging in ex parte communication with Portia before setting my fiancee's requested emergency hearing on the docket for the following Tuesday, June 19th 2018. But the purpose of this hearing was not to hear anything, but rather clean up the illegal actions of Porcha Moore and the Laurens County DSS office. The judge that granted the hearing didn't want to hear anyting my fiancee had to say. The judge violated numerous canons of ethics by refusing to allow my fiancee to present any witnesses or evidence is in her defense, didn't allow her to have an attorney or advise her that she had the right to have an attorney appointed. In the ex parte communication between the judge and Portia Moore, forbidden by law, the judge discovered that I was legally informed and educated and would be insistent that the hearing to be conducted according to law. Since there was no intention of hearing the case on the basis of the facts presented to the court, and there was a decision made that the judge and DSS would railroad my fiancee and simultaneously "legalize" the kidnapping of my fiancee's children, there came the judicial determination that my presence would not be allowed in the courtroom. No reason given. None needed. Yet the judge allowed a parade of other people in the courtroom, none of which had any legal right to custody or otherwise had any legal right to be at that hearing, or hearing anything that took place at that hearing. The judge even allowed my fiancee's two children to be brought in for the sole purpose of allowing them to hear some allegations against my fiancee (their mother) that in and of themselves would be harmful to children.

The hearing was granted for the purpose of Judge Zimmerman's covering up illegal conduct by the Laurens County DSS.
