Customer service is one of the best in the insurance market. People are personable , friendly and care about you and your family. The company itself is ok but the underwriters are very strict to deal with. Gave it 4 stars because of the customer service..

For the 1st year it was great but for this year my policy went up $300 and the only explanation they could give was that rates went up for everyone in my "range." I have no tickets nor accidents and for it to jump $300 is unacceptable.

Everything is great as long as you keep the money flow going into their bank. Accidents happen, that's the reason for insurance but it sure brings the ugly and rudeness out of them when an accident happened.
