I have been a regular customer for several months. I have purchased at least a half a dozen batteries as well as electronic cigarettes and the packs of pods they need. I was in last week, to pick up a cheap battery. I was pushed into a more expensive type that by the way didn't have all of the things listed that it came with. Long story short sure enough I did have a problem with a $40.00 product that had obviously been used. I had my receipt and my cell record where I called the store that day after the items where missing from the box. THE OWNER refused to help. I will NEVER GO BACK OR RECOMEND TOBACCO ROAD IN LAURENS TO ANYONE. SHE WOULDN'T LET ME EVEN EXCHANGE THE USED PRODUCT FOR ANOTHER. MY GUESS. SHE KNEW IT WAS SOLD AS NEW BUT RRALLY USED. STORE THAT I WENT TO AFTER I LEFT...VERY HELPFUL.
