I always get the best help at Robertson's Ace. It is surprising what all they carry. I went in for a can of paint and spacers to fix a other issue. Instantly, I had a couple of guys ready to help me. There, they don't just tell you the isle, they take you to it, show options and even offer to carry it if it is a bigger item. I didn't have a bigger item this time, but before leaving, I asked about carts for being the lawnmower I bought there last summer. After I paid for my small items and put them in the car, a nice gentleman met me outside at the carts. They had exactly what I needed! There was one left, and I had to take my car home and get my truck. He took the sticker off and told the ladies at the front desk that I would be back. I was right back to pay for it. It took them no time to load it into my truck. Perfect service! The price was below comparable carts I saw online when I was searching from home. Robertson's is my first choice every time I need something they carry.

Every time I visit this store someone on staff offers guidance on locating products and making sure they're right for the job. On a recent visit Don gave advice that helped me get a faucet installation project finished.

Good store with a lot of household items including yard supplies. Pretty busy at lunch time. Very helpful staff.

Always ready to help and chock full of information! And if they don't know the answer someone who works there is bound to know! I had a question about seeding and fertilizing a pasture and no one in store knew what would work best during a wet and chilly spring so one of the workers called up his father who is a horse farmer to ask for me and got me the information AND items I needed for a happy healthy pasture (and happy healthy horse!)

THE PLACE for any needs for the blue collar working man.From Bur to Gary to any other employee, they will get you what you need. Very knowledgeable about a variety of things. They sell quality, which you pay a little more for but it is worth it. Girls up front are always friendly and get you in and out fast!

They are always there to make sure you have everything you need. I've bought multiple items from this store. If I had an issue or problem with one, they were always more than willing to fix it.

They have a great selection on lawn and garden equipment, mowers, and general hardware. Their repair shop is also very efficient and willing to help.

They also offer free popcorn to my kids sometimes.

Went in was asked at entrance could I use some help.told gentleman what I needed (.1/2 straight coupling for black ( rolled) water line with 4 clamps and two foot of black (rolled) water line) we then walked down to correct aisle ;as we were going to aisle he asked another employee to cut two foot of black( rolled)water line.go down to end of aisle ,handed me straight coupling ; i notice that it was not size I needed, told him I made mistake needed a smaller size which he handed to; then he called other employee and made correction about size of pipe,handed me 4 clamps,walked back to counter.he then helped a young employee with instructions for ringing up 2 feet of black(rolled)water line.price was 6.68.waited about 5 mins after being rung up.would have liked to have young employee been 2 or 3 minutes quicker at getting pipe to checkout; but overall a perfect visit.( also very glad to see 4 or 5 (that I saw ) teenagers working and learning how to work in this kind of business. On a 1 to 10 scale I give 10. Would have gave 11 but pipe was a little slow getting to check out.

If it get a lil bit cheaper they will make more money

Great place to get anything you may need home improvement wise in a small local friendly area. Soon as you walk through the door, your ask can we help you find something.. and they mean it, they will 99% of the time take you straight to the product your looking for.
