I’ve been a member at Clemson Rd since July, 2022 but upgraded to Black Card in July, 2023. I have since used the Two Notch location frequently, especially when I mountain bike at nearby Sesqui. I’ve always had a positive experience. Friendly staff and management. It’s located in a ghost town of a shopping plaza, there aren’t many choices in the area!!!

Been to MANY PF’s and this one was fantastic. Great staff, clean, lots of equipment, nice locker rooms, and hot showers! Great job planet fitness!

Black card member. Passing through Columbia and dropped in. As I expected, great clean equipment and locker room. Also, friendly and courteous staff.

This is my third joining this location my home gym. I'm happy to see the new equipment throughout the gym. PF is still the best value for a gym.

Good, clean gym. They leave you alone and let you do your thing. No obnoxious people around. Go early or mid-day if you want the squat rack. Otherwise, plenty of equipment to go around.

I've been a member here for awhile and just started coming back recently. The place needs to be better maintained. Equipment needs to be wiped down more frequently without relying on your customers to clean the equipment for you. They used to have an attendant that cleaned regularly.You don't need 2 or 3 staffers working the reception desk . Additionally, do you even have a manager present?Whoever it is seems to hide in his or her office. You had a manager there, named Danielle, that built a great rapport with your guests. Is she no longer with the company?

Update01/14/24:
Management has certainly made a concerted effort to better maintain the equipment and premises! Very friendly staff have been making their presence known by regularly wiping down the equipment, cleaning the floor, and replenishing the paper towel dispensers and sanitizer. Keep up the great work! I also amended the rating back to 5 stars!

Staff is so nice, clean facility. This is the only planet fitness I will go to in Columbia. 😁

The membership is affordable. You only need a credit card. Free wifi.The bathrooms are super clean. Everything is nice and purple 😁. If you've never been here , you can get a free pass on the website.

My goal was to lose weight as well as bring my A1C down below 7. That objective has been achieved. Thank you Planet Fitness. One last thing: please add another stretch bar for the facility.

Love love love the tanning beds!!! Nice staff! Open 24/7 so very convenient AND their equipment is fantastic and completely technological. Can't beat this deal! Anyone wanting to tan for a good price go here!!

Came here because the Parkland Plaza's tanning beds were down. All of them. They said the beds should be fixed in a couple of days. So I came over to the Two Notch location, they set me up on a bed, but I went in and got undressed and the bed never turned on. Got dressed and waited at the counter for about 25 minutes for they guy to come back to try and set it up again and I'm now in the parking lot sitting in my car, writing this review before I go back in to see if someone is at the counter. I'm just going to assume he went to lunch right after setting me up the first time. We'll see!

Edit: Yay! I went back in and he was at the counter. They were having some system issues the first time around but he got me set up again, and made sure the bed came on so I could use it!

Great workout environment, clean, and friendly staff! Unfortunately, there are many pieces of equipment that need repairs and are not serviced in a timely manner.

Staff is kind and really keep it clean . I love how they’re always refilling napkins and sprayers.

They have a friendly staff all areas are clean and well lit. The equipment is socially distanced and there are ample cleaning stations throughout.

I usually visit between 9am and 12pm daily.

Also, my initial orientation was done by Charlotte. She is personable and professional. I look forward to working with her in the future.

A great place to work out. It has everything I need to keep getting better. It is well maintained and clean. The staff is friendly and professional. The trainers are experienced and knowledgeable. Pizza Monday once per month is delicious. There are plenty of programs to get you started and to stay motivated. The Black Card allows me these same benefits when I travel and visit other PF gyms. I look forward to seeing my friends at the gym, we help each other stay accountable.

Me and my family received outstanding service through Planet Fitness. Our representative (Lilian) helped us greatly throughout the process, and provided great information to support us during our short stay in the area. I would whole-heartedly recommend working with her and her team in the future for anyone in the area!! Excellent service, and if there is anything that Corporate Planet Fitness can do to recognize her service, I would greatly appreciate it!!
