I am thankful I was connected with Mr. John, last summer. I was in desperate need of transportation. You know the story, single-mom, needing wheels to her her kids to and from. I was absolutely 💯 Blessed by AMG. I am so thankful for Mr. John & Mrs. John. They are both family & business oriented professionals. They are both genuine people that make sure they go over the call of duty to ensure their customers or clients are good. I am now getting ready to work on getting my 2nd car from AMG and that right there speaks VOLUMES. Very great dependable low mileage cars.

Watch out for the owner of this car lot. He has some run down cars that he charges 3,4, and 5K down and he will repo your car quickly. He has been in business over 2 years now and he has only 2 google reviews in which one is his own posting. Go figure this out, if his cars was all of what he says, then there would be a lot of good postings about his dealership and cars. There is some real crooked stuff going on there. Watch out.

Buyer Beware!! Let me start by saying I am not the customer, my 20yr old single mom daughter is, and I am left to help clean up things. Granted, she signed paperwork stating she was purchasing the car (2008 CRV) as is, with no warranty. But she was told she could easily get a warranty because of the shape the car was in. That being said, not even 2 weeks after purchasing the car with all the money she had, it started making noises. I checked it out and found the power steering reservoir was completely dry! I thought it odd, since my daughter and wife had told me the car had been inspected by AMG people prior to the sale. Turns out that wasn't the case it seems. I had the car taken to Honda of Columbia, where I know the service people. I was told the car had MAJOR rust issues under the car and the power steering system was cracked and leaking. There were a couple of other issues, but I tried calling John Thomas at AMG about the car. Evidently they are not open on Fridays or Saturdays, and I left a message on the main line and the cell number I got from the paperwork. This paperwork, by the way, states over and over that "your satisfaction with your purchase and our dealership is our first concern". That's obviously not the case!
After finally getting John on the phone, I explained my situation to him. I acknowledged that my daughter signed buying the car "as is", but that I was also very confident that it wasn't looked at thoroughly before putting it up for sale. John stated that in order to maintain the CARFAX certification, all cars were inspected prior to being put on the lot. If that is the case, they either missed all the rust and leaking parts, or they figured they could sell it as is and not have to deal with it. Either way, that seems like a bad business practice to me. Taking advantage of someone with little to no knowledge of cars in order to make a sale will not keep you in business very long. Granted, we should have gone to have it checked out before signing. But there is a responsibility to put out a quality product, especially if your name is going to be on it. John told me he would contact his service department and find out what had happened with the inspection and that he would contact me the following day. That never happened. 2 days later, I called him again, and was told he was "with a client" and would return my call. I never heard from him again.
There are many dealers to buy from, and I would stay as far away from AMG as possible. And please, take your car to be looked at BEFORE signing anything!
