SC House Calls

My father with dementia fell and broke his neck and nose. SC Housecalls has been amazing. Joe, the PT is so caring and professional and is currently at my parents house on a Sunday taking my dad outside for fresh air and a walk. Tonya and Stacey, the nurses have been very caring, qualified and responsive to any questions and Glenda, the OT is a sweetheart. We’ve had lab phlebotomist come to the house twice and she was also super nice. Phone calls are returned and appts. Easily made and promptly kept. So far, so good! Thank you!

My better half had His 1st in home visit today and it went very well. Mr.Ford, was very kind, humble and supportive of the situation, and gave very good encouraging advice and was very thorough and patient with all questions, and concerns, can't wait for Him to return. Thank You !

This company is so good. My son left a SNF Heartland and the sweetie young lady Takendra Currie called and checked us on I didn’t know how to set up home health she called and did that. I ask so many question she told the providers that was coming out and even help me with medication refill and signing me up for the pharmacy they have. I love her and the work she put in. She called me 2 weeks later to follow up and check in. I felt safe and comfortable with my son care

My SC House Calls nurse practitioner, literally saved my life. I have been a patient for over 8 months. One day, I woke up very ill. I would have never been able to physically make it a doctor because I was so sick. I called and she saw me that day because of how critical my condition was. She diagnosed me and treated me and called in prescriptions. She kept me from going to the hospital! Bless this company and that nurse practitioner for recognizing my symptoms and treating me as quickly as they did.

I am a full-time single parent of a teenage son, full-time caregiver to my 84 yr old mother and a full-time night nurse. My appointed Nurse Practitioner has been there absolute best provider I could imagine. She has been a true advocate and is assessable to us. I feel like she cares for my mother as she would her own. Melissa, NP..you are the best and truly appreciated ❤

So far, they've been great. Very convenient. Holly/Hollie is my NP. She's attentive, easy to get in contact, quick to respond and resolve issues. So far, it's been a smooth ride. Will update if anything changes.

Deanna and her team have been a blessing to our community at #Indigo Hall assisted living. They have a great team and really care about our residents. I would recommend them to anyone.

These nurses and doctors have been the best to me. They are convenient, aware, and involved very much so in the treatment of my illness and the comorbidities that come along with it. They are available at anytime and if they're not I can speak with someone that will get the message to them or find someone else to help me. They all work together to make sure I get the best care that they can provide.

I want to start off by giving Stephanie Pitts nurse practitioner and Sarah her assistant 5 stars. I’m sorry to see that Stephanie has left. I started off today with Laycee. Angela Arledge assistant, who was able to get me an EKG a x-ray and bloodwork all in one day. It was coordinated like clockwork very very very organized. Thank you so much. This girl is a fire cracker, very efficient, a pleasant beginning to a new healthcare team !!

I have been jaded when it comes to Dr appointments. There is an absence of what is commonly referred to as bedside manner. I have struggled with my health for some time and I found SC House calls through a representative named Kendra. I was quickly seen by Mary Frederick PA who was thorough and kind. She and the nurse with her, were caring genuine. I would highly refer anyone to call this practice. They come to you like the old days! Thanks Mary and Kendra!

I am a 57-year-old male. I was driving my scooter down silver bluff road in Aiken August 31st 2020. I was struck by an SUV traveling in my Lane going full speed. I broke my right hip my femur severe laceration to the bottom of my leg broke my back and two places fractured multiple ribs bleeding in the brain and pressure where they had to drill a hole in my brain to release it have a concussion worse than a football player. I spent two and a half weeks at MCG ICU and two weeks at anchor rehabilitation. Then when I came home South Carolina house calls started coming to my home. My nurse practitioner's name is Dawn Burks. She is so caring thoughtful to me and my medical problems. More thoughtful and caring than my own doctors I have used throughout the years in Aiken want to thank South Carolina house calls from the bottom of my heart and thank personally Dawn Burke for all that she does for me. But that's not all South Carolina house calls does they also have a great team they use outside their facility such as imaging and blood work that comes directly to my house especially during this pandemic where you don't want to leave they are also great thank you everybody

Got sick with sinus infection and nasal drip causing sore throat and coughing along with a headache from sinus pressure. Called the answering service and they had nurse practitioner Richard Dawson call me promptly and was able to start antibiotics early which has helped my recovery greatly. He was super nice and caring and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend this group. He was awesome. Hope he sees this and knows hes appreciated.

When the PA,WHEN ANGELA came to my door, i I knew that she was an Angel sent from God. I’m not crazy but I had called everywhere for help and all I know,she showed up. SC House Calls know you when you call.Everyone knows you when you call. I hate to have remembered only one name, but Dominique is so kind as they ALL are when you call. I could go on, but someone may want to write. I probably should have just said very professional and no one is a stranger.

They absolutely awesome. They took an unexpected traumatic experience and made it bearable. I so hope more can see the kindness and love they gave to my mama. They were fantastic with my father. So helped all of us through this time. I can’t say enough.

This is the worst place to use do not trust it with your love one they do not return calls they do not do follow up they do not show up to appointment when they’re supposed they don’t follow up on renewal medication their management staff executive team in their office is pathetic and they don’t care……if you need somebody to take care of your loved one do not use his company…..

I cannot say enough good things about this program to help with people that are home that can't get to the hospital that need post op care, what a great idea and a great staff.
