Boyd Plaza

Beautiful Sunday afternoon to enjoy Letron Brantley and Friends for Jazz Appreciation Month. The band was great. The atmosphere in Boyd Plaza was awesome. The band interaction with the crowd was wonderful.

I love coming out to support Chaye Alexander (Chayz Lounge)and Rod Foster and Friends band. This is my 3rd event like this at Boyd Plaza and the food and the music are always stellar!!!

Big improvement over the old design to accommodate large crowds. Nice shaded area to relax. Very functional

First Thursday on Main. There's not much more that needs to be said. It's a fantastic plaza to sit in while live music is playing and there's beer and food to be had. Not to mention that there's free admission into the CMA and you can explore the beautiful art collection we have in the city. It also makes for a great spot to eat during Soda City on Saturday!

A Go-To whenever I want to relax, eat lunch, listen to live music, study, meet up for business, you name it. The atmosphere captures you with it's calming structure and curbside appeal.

This is a perfectly designed public space for eating lunch outside after walking, and shopping along Main Street. Plenty of chairs, tables and grassy areas too. Perfect area for various types of events too. Great for families to lounge around with public art pieces as centerpieces. A really nice fountain to sit under, fitting for clearing your mind from a long day of work.

Wonderful open space. This area outside of the Columbia Museum has been totally redone and the result is great. Open tables to sit or have lunch, read, work, etc. It's also a NON SMOKING space.

Quiet peaceful sitting area right in the middle of downtown Columbia. City Life rolling with a little piece of heaven with Functioning modern abstract designed fountain with wishing well to make your wishes come true. Charging ports for phones and laptops. Good place to work or study, and eat with friends or business partners. If you have kids, there is a children's area shaded by trees. With a turf covered area Incase you want to lay back...

Great redesign in 2019. The since it's now much more livable with multiple seating options. A great spot to eat your lunch outside

Very nice place with a museum to explore. Experienced the total solar eclipse there. It was an amazing experience. There were free solar eclipse glasses and ice cream given to viewers

Great events. Beautiful spot. Very well done all the way around. Oh, did I mention the Columbia Museum of Art? Two thumbs up.

Best plaza. But look out for mockingbirds. They have nests in those trees and will dive bomb you straight up. I used to leave quarters down by those nests so people would stop to pick them up and get attacked.

The architecture is impressive. A wonderful place to spend some time in the city. This area is always well maintained and clean.
