I've been here twice, and both times, every person working there that I encountered was beyond professional and courteous.

Interesting the difference personnel can make. Out of 3 trips, two were excellent. The security officers were helpful, as was the desk staff. Today, however, there was a quite rude female cashier at the desk, talking OVER me to the cashier I was speaking to. She had a nasty, aggressive attitude and that left me feeling very disrespected. The cashier I was speaking to was *perfectly professional,* and as there was no one else in the building, I asked her a few questions. The other cashier rudely insisted that she dismiss me. Like. . . What else are you doing? You're at work. This is your job. If you hate it, don't take that out on patrons, go back to school honey, and pursue your dreams. I just need some paperwork, I'm not the enemy!

The lady took 2 hours just to give me an a friend of mine, a metal recycling permit, and we were the only 2 other officers were complaining and talking about. She's mad and being slow because she's not the center of attention today.

That attitude of the people who answers the phone is ridiculous

They don’t know how to answer the phone, nor will they give you a call back in one business day as it said they would on their voicemail. I’ve been calling since last Friday and have YET to receive a call to pay my ticket. NOT TO MENTION, I tried paying online, and my ticket isn’t even posted? Please get it together.

Need to do a way better job of informing people that their court date is going to be changed due to an officer being in training. I took off a day from work and drove all the way from Charleston to appear as a witness to find this out. Needless to say I was upset!!!!!

God forbid you call with a question. The attitude and disrespect is outrageous. I call for a question and because the traffic division doesn’t want to properly answer my question they transfer me to child support which is not what I had questions about and then I was hung up on. God help the others that have to deal with the attitudes and disrespect from the workers here

Absolutely the most incompetent court house I've ever dealt with.
