Ms. Valerie was a great salesperson. Through my indecisiveness she was so patient with me. She answered all of my questions with so much knowledge. I'll definitely be back for my next purchase. I'll look for Ms. Valerie!!

Was greater and welcome by Valerie and received the best service ever!! She assisted me and showed me the best pieces without sugarcoating for a quick sale. Highly recommend Value City for a third time. Wish I could give them a 10 star review.

Cooper was really informative and I enjoyed my experience. I was looking to buy the Jackson 3piece power recliner set and with Cooper I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything like other salesman we’ve dealt with. Although I was not approved through their credit service, the real talk conversation with Cooper didn’t dissuade me from discontinuing any future purchases with them.

Mrs Diane was our sales rep today and she was great. Explained a lot to us and about savings and deals they were running. She was very nice and informative. We will be going back and ordering our furniture for our new house. Glad we stopped in because we found pretty much all the furniture we needed to move in our new house.

I absolutely LOVE Ms Valerie!!! I truly appreciate her coming in on her day off to assist me. She is very kind yet thorough with explaining everything! She’s the best!!!

Today I went into Value City furniture and met with Corey and Kyle. Both guys helped me pick out a great bedroom set for my new as well as a cute couch. Both guys worked with me and answered all of my questions. I will be returning!!
