Immediately at the front entrance (left side of the store if you're looking at it from the parking lot, just behind the registers), this kiosk is incredibly useful. I inserted my key where it scanned the teeth, ordered four copies, and was out in all of seven minutes.

I liked the conveyance of the machine. The keys worked perfectly. Wish I had a choice of what color keys I was getting. Seemed a little pricey but I don't know what they are going for now days.

Available late at night and was able to get to my property relatively quickly. Was perfectly transparent about pricing and options before beginning work.

Excellent deal with good service. Had a cheap $30 key made at flea market, this one is much nicer and fits well.

The key upgrade option worked very well. I appreciated the second copy at half off.

Easy to use

Never seen a key kiosk. Had 2 keys made. The first because it wasn't delivered. Evidently it was hung up in the machine. Cut a second as I needed the key. It dislodged the first when the second was delivered. The second worked. The first didn't. Took a wire brush to it and I got it working.

My key didn't work.

0 Stars I waited for 3 hours for someone to show up or call neither happened. I called like 8 times asking for a time frame but kept getting transferred and then the phone would rang and then eventually hang up.
