Coleman Gymnasium

This is an 24hr gym on Fort Jackson Military Army base in Columbia SC, that we routinely utilize whenever we are on base. Obviously, only people who have a valid military identification card are able to access the gym.

We visited it yesterday (Friday) afternoon so that we could get our ID card registered, so that we could have 24hr access. This is an awesome option because it allows us to take advantage of everything that the gym offers anytime of the day.

This is an older facility but the staff does an excellent job of maintaining the gym. We enjoy the gym because it has an indoor basketball court, extensive weight room, cardio room, 1 coed sauna, 1 female only sauna, male and female locker rooms.

I enjoy going to Coleman's. I try going when their aren't a lot of people which gives me unlimited time on the machines.
The staff is friendly, engaged the place is clean.
I feel very safe even though it's mostly men while there.
I am allowed to take one guest with any form of identification, which is awesome.

My husband was showing me around the gymnasium I will go back. Place was clean which is a plus for me the only thing trash can was over flowing in some area
Also it was hand sanitizer in most area .

Thank you for fixing the Co-ed sauna! This is a time my spouse and I can share and catch up on our day, while.getting in a nice sweat! It stays clean, and we are always in good company with active duty, retirees and family members.

Was here at Jackson for the USADSS for 9 weeks and it's just within walking distance. Awesome little gym to get your mind off studying and blow off some steam. Has all you need for a good workout.

The only 24 hours gym in Ft Jackson. Not very comprehensive, but it does the job. It has a basketball court, weight room, cardio room.

I am so happy Fort Jackson finally has a gym that is open 24 hrs a day / 7 days a week. This has been a long time coming, thank you!!!!!!!!!

This gym has helped me stay fit and in the Army for 30+ years. Great facility!
