A Pleasant Stay at a Refreshed Hotel
I recently had a very enjoyable stay at Hampton. The hotel has undergone renovations, and it shows! The lobby and common areas were fresh and inviting, and my room was sparkling clean. It was clear they'd invested in modernizing the space, and everything felt up-to-date and comfortable.

Beyond the nice surroundings, the staff truly impressed me. Everyone I interacted with, from the front desk to the housekeeping crew, was friendly and helpful. They were happy to answer questions, offer recommendations, and ensure my stay was as smooth as possible.

Overall, I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. The cleanliness, updated facilities, and friendly staff made for a truly positive experience.

I checked in late at night with no reservation and the service was awesome to begin with. I got a room with a king size bed and went to the room to find out that it was a super luxurious suite with a huge bathroom, huge bedroom, huge living room. I wish I had checked in earlier so I could have enjoyed it more!

Very clean. Convenient location. Terrific Asian restaurant across the street. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast included eggs, sausage, ham and potatoes. Much better than the usual waffles and muffins served at other places I've stayed. If I ever have a need I'll stay there again.

The area has everything you need at your fingertips. The hotel staff was friendly the room was spacious and well equipped. Ot was not super noisy though there were neighbors to the left and right of us. Supermarket, fast food restaurants sit down restaurants and Walmart within walking distance.

I travel for work and stayed at this location multiple days a week for 5 months. The staff is great! They are attentive, thorough, and very hospitable. Always smiling! I would like to mention specifically Trina and Alex. They went out of their way to make sure my room was clean and ready for me. They paid attention to details making sure I was taken care of. I looked forward to seeing them each week. Also, the ladies in the breakfast area were very friendly and there to assist when I needed to take my breakfast to go. The area was clean and the food was always good. Due to the staff's top-notch customer service, I would highly recommend this location.

Meme at the front desk was excellent, she assisted with getting me checked in early despite a sold out night! She was friendly and very welcoming.

Very clean and convenient to get to Fort Jackson. About a 10 minute drive to the base gate. Nice breakfast and the staff was great. Only negative is the rooo.s don't have dressers but plenty of space on counters. Thanks.

My family (including the dog) had a wonderful stay here! The staff were kind and helpful, the beds were comfortable, the rooms were cozy and spacious and the breakfast was fantastic. The location is really convenient for getting on and off I-77 and there are lots of restaurants and stores in the area. Keep up the great work, Hampton Inn staff!😊

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Nigel at the front desk. He was so friendly and helpful. He recommended a great place to eat that was within walking distance of the hotel. He was the start of my wonderful stay. The room was spacious and was thoroughly cleaned. The beds were comfortable and the towels were actually soft instead of rough like other hotels. Breakfast was good and the check out was easy. I definitely recommend this hotel if staying in Columbia.

We had a great stay! Staff were welcoming and friendly, check in was a breeze. The room was clean and spotless, with very comfortable beds. The location is convenient, with many restaurant choices nearby, and there is a great breakfast in the lobby in the morning. We will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend.

I stayed one night for a business trip and had my dog with me. This was very last minute as I booked at 6 pm and arrived by 9pm. I always book through the chase travel portal and couldn’t reach the front desk to let them know I’d have a pet, but the process was extremely smooth and the staff were very friendly when I arrived. I felt very safe here and the rooms had great sound proofing. I had a king room and it was very large! No smart tv which is fine for me. An interesting touch was the blinds are automatic. The hotel feels brand new and so does the surrounding area.

Newer hotel with super nice, clean rooms and a lovely lobby area. We were able to get adjoining rooms for our family with a king in one room and two queens in the other. My kids loved making their own waffles at breakfast. Easy stopover just off the freeway. Staff was friendly.

I had a great experience and the staff were super nice. The hotel is near the interstate so you can get anywhere in Columbia rather efficiently. The breakfast was good with lots of options. The room was clean.

Had a great stay! Check in was quick & easy, & the staff was very friendly, & professional. My room was immaculately clean with modern upgrades. It was a very relaxing & peaceful stay. I will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in town.

Newer Hampton Inn. Good location for access to food and traveling guests. Plenty of parking. Rooms were great and staff was very friendly.

The staff during checkin and check out was the Best experience in Columbia South Carolina. I traveled all the way from Texas to see my son Graduation and this Hotel staff during check- in and check-out made my day. I advise anyone visiting this city to come to this Hotel.

Everything was fairly new and very clean. Rooms were nice, staff was very friendly, and have a standard Hampton breakfast which is always good. Would highly recommend this hotel if looking for a nice and clean hotel.

Hotel was spotlessly clean. Jonathan was so welcoming and, as we were travelling with bikes, gave us a lovely main floor room to make it easy for us. His attention to detail, explanation of room charges and professional manner was much appreciated. There are a variety of restaurants nearby. Location made it easy to get off and on the highway. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and had something for everyone. Highly recommend this hotel and commend the staff for doing a great job.

Overall service was great, rooms were clean and comfortable. One girl at the desk was a little rude to my husband when he asked for a second key in the morning since we renewed our stay. It was more tone of voice. But every single other person we dealt with was wonderful!
