The entire staff is amazing!!! The doctors take the time to listen and show that they care. Doctor's are always very thorough with the level of care given. Nurses and desk staff are always so warm and welcoming!! I feel so incredibly lucky to have found this place!!!! I would recommend this establishment to all!!! So if you need a group that listens and cares, check them out!! I know I will never go anywhere else!!!!

So far my fiancee has been going here for quite some time now. Jennifer setser is an amazing practitioner he has seen yet in hussainas office i recommend anyone to them. They are very friendly and helpful and the wait hasnt been long for every time we go there. They have helped him in many ways with his medication to make sure its right and helps him they call and check on him as well. Never had a problem with the receptionist , dr. Hussain or jennifer they are their to do their jobs.

Very caring and friendly doctor and staff. Dr Kouser has helped me tremendously! Excellent care.

I love heathstar. Everybody is so nice. A good place to see a DR.

Was not checked on, offered to reschedule, or updated. Rediculous.

Finally seen for BW results, 10 min conversation. So upset right now.

Your first visit plan ahead you will be there for a few hours at least. My appointment was at 10 and now it's 12 and I'm still waiting for X-rays. Would have packed a lunch and used another ride. X-ray guy was fast though

I have an insurance that is out of network, however I pay the bills myself and was told by billing they cannot see me no more.
Billing department is unacceptable and needs to be looked into for turning away paying patients. I will NEVER use healthstar physicians services again.

Slow, slow and slow😠

This doctor did a study of my nerves and tells me that I have the beginnings of sensory neuropathy, this was for 2022. Believing in that, well, I get used to the idea that I have this new condition. I recently returned for another visit with this doctor because I have new symptoms and I wanted to know what these symptoms were due to and if it was due to neuropathy according to. The doctor was upset because I was asking him questions about my new symptoms, the doctor was so upset that he raised his voice and also told me to find another neurologist. Given my great disappointment, I told him there would be no problem, that yes, I would look for another specialist.
In short, to make a long story short, a couple of days ago I went to another specialist who did the same study of my nerves. According to this doctor he tells me that my nerves are fine and does not represent ANY neuropathy. Now what follows is that they are going to do other studies to see what it is due to. But my nerves are fine. My experience was very bad, with the first doctor, sadly. And with not returning I have. The only friendly thing was the work team.

This place is horrible! All the people there wanted to go to lunch so they rushed me through. Said I have a damn STD when it's just poison and wrote me a bunch of prescriptions for medicine I don't even need. Called to ask and the lady jumped down my throat. She used her own morals to diagnose me. Instead of actually seeing the issue. This place is trash. Do NOT see the short fat lady she's horrible. Users her own morals to diagnose problems. LORI MURDOC calling her a nurse practioner is a stretch. They are clearly about money.
If you don't have much money don't go here. They will lose your stuff and still charge you. What a waste 🗑

This is one of the worst medical establishments I’ve ever been in. I highly recommended looking at other options.
