Fantastic place. Fascinating museum, movie and history. The cafe offers good food at excellent prices. A.J. And Sally’s house across the street is open to public 2nd weekend in December only. A must see! If your lucky you might even see DUKE!

Nice very clean facility. Employees were helpful and friendly. Was a really cool new adventure just to see the home place of such great beans.

I pull freight out of bush baked beans . On 04/01/23 I found that a trailer had some serious damage done to it " Not by Bush Baked Beans " It needed some heavy repairs and it's Saturday. I figured my weekend was shot. I ask if they could pull the product off the bad trailer and put it on a good trailer .

Well in less than 45 minutes an on call man named C U Bryant came in on a Saturday and did this for me and saved my weekend.

He had me dock both trailers and he switched the product , corrected the paperwork. Saved my freaking day . The gate guards are absolute rock stars . They go over and above to help when you need them .

This company is an awesome one . I wish other companies were like these guys .

This trucking gig would be so much better with more Bush Baked Beans employees in it .

This is a great place to pick up a load. Very quick and friendly. Thank you guys for your professionalism.

That's the best Shipper. Absolutely organized and highly motivated people work here. There are you can feel a respect to OTR drivers. Navigation signs start a mile away, you will not get lost.Got clear color printed instructions at security gate. I got the dock in one call while rolled from gate to facility. Was started to load in 15 seconds after I parked. Guys got it done in 20 minutes. I got the paperwork at office window in 10 seconds.
There are huge bright driver's lounge with restroom, vending, sofas and TV. Thanks to management and all staff, I wish a prosperity to your business!

Always (for me) a good loading facility. 90-95% of the time, straight to a door, loaded and out approx 1hr or less. People at the gate and in the shipping office, always pleasant and friendly.

Great place got loaded quickly. Walked over to get paper work process was very quick in and out. Staff and employees very nice. They also now how to load legal right on the money with bridge law.

Great place to pick up freight. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The security guard Jonathan is a true professional. Showed up 645am for a 7am appointment was loaded and wheels rolling at 715am. Appreciate you guys will definitely come back.

Except for the fact my nav unit tried to take me the wrong way and the hwy leading into the facility was under HEAVY construction, I had an overall pleasant experience for a first time pickup. Very well maintained (roads, lots, buildings, equipment, etc), friendly and helpful employees, and of course, that beautiful bean footage. 😂 From security check-in to security check-out was barely 45 mins. It was technically "after hours" (2045) but still...

Starting with the sweet lady (Dorothy) at the gate...she was so polite, to hear her southern accent made my heart melt...she gave me directions to where I needed to go...and I drove over there...and yet again, the southern people from Tennessee did not disappoint me... I was put into a dock...told where the coffee, and restroom were, and was given a calendar, and a hat... I have a pantry full of Bush Beans at home! There are no beans better than Bush Beans! Got unloaded quickly and as I drove away...had a great feeling knowing that people from the south still treat you like family! Love this place...hope to come back soon!

Great place and friendly people. I haul Bush beans all over this country for them. They always have a load ready and are well organized. Professional. You just gotta be careful driving back in there, take it slow lol.

Do not use Gate 1 on Rainwater dr ,especially if you're picking up.
Do not use Hwy 92 , especially if you are loaded. There are new bridges with low weight limits

I would definitely wanted to go here then beautiful. Beautiful people a respectful nice they keep a clean facility and they know how to load right when your axles are going to be in the proper position for bridge laws and my fuel was full at the time

We accidentally came upon this place. My family loves playing the Bush's Baked Beans Game - Bush's Bean Dash. This place is awesome and FREE - unless you're a Bush's Junkie...we spent a lot of money on some very nice Bush's merchandise. Would definitely make it a point to stop. Even get a free picture with Duke. Thank you to the company for sharing your history and Rolling that Beautiful Bean Footage!!!

Pretty cool place to visit. Lot's of different options of beans to buy, most of which are not carried in my state, so we stocked up!! 😊

It should be a required tour if you enjoy Bush Beans! The Cafe has great food and very polite and friendly staff!

Definitely a must stop. Super friendly people and a cool history to learn of the Baked Beans that are found nationwide.

Everything was great except for the 2.5 hours at the dock waiting to load. Especially since they were only loading out of 2 docks.
