Had a great experience at the store!!!! They are the only game stop around that has limited edition items like controllers from my experience and the stuff is super nice.

Came in looking for used games, not in house but Tyler did the Leg work to order them and have them shipped. Great customer service

Always have a wonderful customer service experience. We recently purchased a Nintendo switch and several other accessories. I like that they take the time to explain the importance of screen protectors in a way that conveys the risk without feeling like a pushy sales pitch. So glad this location is still open.

The staff was helpful from the moment we arrived. The associate made sure that we received/ used all available discounts and interacted with my kids as the customers that they were (even though they didn't have the money. Lol)

I could not have asked for a better experience. I had a little girl who thought we were buying vbucks for a cousin and we supposed her with a game system. The employees were just as excited as she was. They gave her info and tips on the game and all kinds of stuff. Just a wonderful time

Bought Lost Judgement at the price on their website which was 30$ rather than the 60$ in store. Also the employees were nice and not overly annoying. Good selection there aswell plenty of everything. Maybe too many funko pops maybe add something else instead of funko pops. Anyways 10/10 would reccomend it.

The staff is pretty friendly and this one guy got me a sweet discount on a brand new Switch. Definitely recommend!

This is the best gamestop i have ever been to. The service is great, the staff are very friendly, and the store is VERY neat and in order.

*UPDATE 2/15/17(OLD)* This is still a very decent store, but they have declined in the few years I originally wrote this review. The staff are very introverted, and the stock seems to be all over the place now. When you ask for assistance it seems like the employees don't even know where things are. I would much rather go down the road to Replay games and pre-order a new title. I don't know if they took on new management, but they were a lot more organized.

*UPDATE 6/09/18 (NEW)* This store has gotten so much better after my last visit in 2017. They have a larger selection of titles, accessories and collectables. The store looks a lot more organized and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Honestly, if they didn't have a job to do I could probably talk to them for hours about upcoming games. I dont feel pressured into renewing my pro membership and the transactions are always easy and professional. You guys definitely get my full five stars back!
