We had a wonderful time in Nashville and at the Union Station celebrating my birthday. This is our second time here. We had excellent customer service. The bed was so comfortable and our suite was very spacious.
If you’re looking for a room with a view you may not get that here but you need to remember that it’s an old train station that has been modified to a hotel and that everything was built around it.

The only thing I miss is some of the eclectic art work that fit the eclectic feel and vibe since it’s been renovated.

We will be back!

We had a lovely 4 day stay here! The front desk staff were wonderful, most specifically Luca and Hanna. Their level of customer service was top notch. Also the valets were wonderful and helpful, finding us a last minute car service when we were on a time crunch and our Lyft canceled last minute. The historic decor is beautiful and all the rooms are clean and updated. Also a great location! I would stay here again.

Stopped in for a drink while exploring Nashville. This place is great! The remodeled train station has lots of history (there is even a mini self-guided tour) and the bartenders are friendly. We didn't stay, so I can't comment on the rooms, but based on how the rest of the place looked I would assume they are quite nice.

Gorgeous historical hotel. The lobby is fantastic! Food in the restaurant and bar was 5 star, and offered a memorable experience for both a birthday dinner and brunch. We stayed on lower level so rooms did not have a view but they were still well appointed and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful, and location felt safe and is convenient both for walking to local spots and getting an Uber. Will stay here again next trip!

Absolutely loved my stay at this historic building that used to be a train station more than a hundred years ago!!
It feels like you've time travelled to the past when you're at the lobby. There's beautiful old-style architecture all around the building. At the front desk, there's also a pamphlet that explains the history of the building as well as each compartment/room/halls in the building.
My room was clean and comfortable. The ceiling was high in my hotel room, and the furniture was also very stylish.
I'd definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone even if you may have to pay a bit more than other places. Totally worth it.

One of the absolute best Autograph Hotels in the Marriott chains. Location location location, simple walk out the front entrance, walk down Broadway, you in the middle of music town Nashivlle. Simply awesome.
The hotel bar makes wonderful signatures and classic cocktails. They have a live band in the lobby, can't BEAT that!!
The front desk is one of best I have been welcomed by at a Marriott or any hotel for that matter. Jessica, Hanna, Taylor are very attentive and accommodating. Very intuitive in terms of understanding a particular guest needs. WITHOUT A DOUBT THE TRIO MADE A DIFFERENCE IN OUR STAY. M.chapman 3/16/2024

I am well travelled and stayed at many Marriotts, there is no comparison to this one in Nashville. This well maintained and beautifully designed and decorated converted train station has been very thought out. The staff at the front desk are all warm and welcoming, very professional and friendly, Jessica, Hannah and Taylor have gone above and beyond to make our stay very memorable. This is a 10 Stars team!

Our stay at this hotel was an absolute delight! The antique vibe lives up to its photos and does not disappoint! Our dinner at the Stationairy was superb. Get the scallops, it's in my top two of scallops ever, and I have never tasted such flavorful bok choy! The service staff was so friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Be sure to tip the bar staff; they have been working so hard during this Harry Potter pop-up (which is charming and adorable). Great and quick valet service! Gorgeous room, and everything is just so well thought out. I think it's the most charming and well decorated lobby I have stayed in, and it really shows that others felt the same because it was always hopping with patrons. And how nice to have a luxury hotel also welcoming to dogs. 10/10, will stay again!

Visited the hotel a few days ago to have some drinks with my family that was visiting from out of town, there was a wonderful atmosphere and the bartender, Madison, was extremely helpful and friendly! She gave us so many recommendations about what to do around the city, and the drinks were delicious!!

I stayed in the broadway suite on the 7th floor. Beds were very comfortable and loved the bunk bed room! Shower was great and lots of natural lighting around the room. The lobby is lovely with musicians coming to perform in the evening.

Wonderful Stay! Great atmosphere. Bring a fan or use a fan app for the sound of trains that randomly come by. I tried to keep the air conditioner on to continually circulate so I could drown out all the little sounds. But it does not have that function

They have nice acoustic singers come in the evening. My son and I enjoyed playing a round of checkers in the cozy lobby while listing to live music.

Wonderful location. Away from all the craziness downtown. Short 5 minute walk to mostly everything.

Trip suggestions: Go to the Listening Room (Unique Experience).
Tour The Ryman. Go watch a concert at the Ryman. Go see the Parthenon. Learn to write songs and make your own recording at NashVox. Now go have fun!

Our first time in Nashville and it was such a great experience that began with The Union Station Nashville Yard. The staff is on point, the hotel is beautiful and clean, the food and beverage is wonderful and the whole vibe in the rooms and the property is one of a kind. We actually couldn't wait to get back to the property after a day in Nashville.

I stumbled on this hotel by accident. Don’t rent a room, but had a self guided tour and had a Bloody Mary at the restaurant. The stone work is incredible as well as the history of this place! The staff was very helpful and answered my questions. Very beautiful! I think I would like to stay there next time I’m visiting Nashville!

I just wanted to deserving acknowledge Hannah Harvey, Assistant Front Office Manager of the Union Station Hotel Nashville.

When we checked in we were upgraded because of our Bonvoy member status. The upgrade room was very nice but after the first night we felt that this was not the room we had booked thru the Marriot website. We went to the front desk to inquiry and show our booking. The front desk representative was very kind and immediately noticed something was incorrect. He needed to go talk to who we now know as Hannah, and we went to the bar.

Hannah Harvey, came to us at the bar and was very clear on the situation and identified it as a communication error between the Marriott website and the hotel itself website. She was so pleasant, understanding and went above and beyond to make the remining 4 nights of our stay the best.

Hannah truly understands customer hospitality and we feel we have a new friend in Nashville. Thank You Hannah! 5 star

I wanted Mr dear friend to see how beautiful the inside of the hotel is. We went to lunch in the restaurant since the whole bar area and beautiful entryway were decorated for a wonderful wedding that was to be tonight.

The Union Station is absolutely beautiful. My Great Grandmother used to ride the Train, and I find that so intriguing. The Hotel is Stunning!

Truly, an unexpectedly great experience. The staff and managers clearly want to knock your socks off. Great service, spotlessly clean, well appointed, modern decor, comfy bed, and a very nice breakfast. Did I mention walking distance to everything? This experience of this place competes with much more expensive hotels. GREAT job, #TeamBestWestern!!!

Very interesting and one of a kind hotel. This hotel still has its historic look when it was a train station. The room I was in was clean and has very high ceilings (~18ft).

Parking could be an issue as it didn’t look like there were a lot of space available but there is a valet option.

Overall I very enjoyable stay. There’s also live music everyday at 5PM.

The building is unique and beautiful. The services for the most part were amazing. My friend and I along with our spouses stayed the night. My friend and I went to an event sadly our husband’s stayed in the bar area while we were at our concert and was cut off. We had drinks along with spouses prior to the concert when we left they stayed and they were cut off by the bar. This was a disappointment. They could walk across the bridge and buy beer to drink in the lobby but they couldn’t buy beer at the bar. Disappointing but true.
